IBPS PO 2020 Prelims Result Calculation

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be announcing the result for the Preliminary exam in October- November 2020.It is important for candidates to know how their results will be calculated and what parameters will be taken into consideration while calculating the Prelims result of IBPS PO 2020. These parameters include the difficulty level of the examination, average marks along with the cut-off marks, total marks and Correct and Incorrect marks collected by candidates.

The corrected scores secured by each of the candidates in different sessions will be normalized using the equi-percentile method. For the purpose of calculation, two decimal points will be scored. Test takers of IBPS PO must also know that the cut-offs of the preliminary result will be applied in both sectional and overall marks of the examination.
