A new dialogue box will open with credentials to be filled in by the new member to get a Registration Number and a Password from the exam conducting authority.
After adding information in the blanks, click on ‘Submit’ button.
You are now a registered member for the IBPS website. A Provisional Registration Number and a Password will be sent on the provided email address and phone number.
If you are a registered member, then log in with your Registration Number and Password to start the form filling process.

Once you have logged in with the Registration Number and Password correctly then a new page with the form will open
Enter your basic details like First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number and Email ID, in this form.
When you are done filling the blanks given, cross-check and click on ‘Save and Next’ tab given in the right-hand side corner at the end of the page.
Uploading Photograph and Signature
A new page will open with option to upload the images.
These scanned images of your photograph and signature are to be uploaded one by one in the space given.
The format and size of the image is a must to be followed, else your images will not be accepted by the system.
After successfully uploading the scanned copies, click on ‘Next’ tab.

Important Pointers for Photograph and Signature
The photograph of the candidate must be clear and visible.
A blurred image or an extra bright image will not be accepted.
The background of the image should be clear and simple. Photos with scenery or other such background are liable to be rejected.
The Photograph must be a recent passport size colour image. Black and white image will not be accepted with the IBPS PO online application form.
Candidates must look straight in the camera with a relaxed face without posing or making faces.
The Signature of the candidates must also be clear and visible.
The Signature must be running handwriting and not in capital or block letters.
Selecting the Organisation
In this step, you will be required to select the preferred organisation for Pre Exam Training and final recruitment.

After selecting all the desired preferences, click on the ‘Save and Next’.
You must cross check the details filled in as no changes will be done in this portion once it has been submitted from your end.
Making Online Payment
This is the last stage of the application process.
The registration fee can be paid using Internet banking /credit card/debit card/IMPS/Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets only.
General and OBC candidates need to pay INR 850 whereas, ST/SC/PwD candidates need to pay INR 175.
After completing the payment, a transaction acknowledgment page will open along with mail on the registered email address. Save this page and take a print out of it for future reference.

The IBPS PO 2023 Handwritten Declaration is a formality that needs to be fulfilled by every aspirant who wishes to apply for the IBPS PO exam. The declaration must be submitted along with the IBPS PO online application form itself and in the particular format specified by the exam conducting authorities, i.e. The Institute of Banking And Personnel Selection. The specific text that aspirants need to submit as the handwritten declaration is mentioned below:

Before filling the final submit button the candidates are advised to verify every field that has been filled up. The name of the guardian of the applicant must be spelt correctly to avoid discrepancy in the certificate.
