Availability of Option Form

• Once the choice filling portal is open, the candidates will find the college Option Form.
• The candidates will be able to select their college options from the list of institutions on the choice filling page.
• Candidates will have to choose from the drop-down menu; the district, college status, medium, and college type from the college option form filling page.
• The applicant’s selections in the aforementioned fields will be considered while compiling the list of institutions.
• Once they have selected the choices, the aspirants will get to see the list of colleges / institutions. 
• Aspirants then have to pick up the colleges they would like to take admission for the 4-year BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed by clicking on the “Add Selected Colleges” link.
• If the candidates want to remove an earlier chosen college from the list, they should tap on the name of that institute and hit the “Delete Selected College” icon.
• Once the aspirants have completed adding the list of colleges, they must use the link named “ Save and Next”.

Set Preferences

• The shortlisted colleges list will be presented here, whereby the candidates can define their web choices.
• Aspirants can edit their college choices or change them by clicking the button "Reset Preferences," and then press down "Save & Next."

Lock Option Form

• Once aspirants have submitted their web options, they can review the synopsis of the college options.
• They must press down the “Declaration” button and then on the “Confirm Option Form”.

Print Option Form

• Aspirants must take a printout of the college option form for further reference.

Documents Required for MAH BA B.ED / B.Sc B.Ed 2025 Counselling

Aspirants will have to submit the following documents for verification during the counselling process. During the online registration stage, candidates have to upload documents for e-verification and in the later stages during the in-person college reporting. The documents listed below should be in PDF form and the size must be up to 500 KB.

• HSC or Standard 12 Mark Sheet / or equivalent Engineering Diploma

• Orphan Certificate granted by an approved authority for the certificate for orphan applicants
• Domicile Certificate or School Leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate with the place of Birth
• Domicile Certificate of the applicants from Maharashtra for Maharashtra State Type-A Aspirants
• Domicile Certificate of the aspirants or Domicile Certificate of either the father or mother of the aspirant indicating that he or she is domiciled in Maharashtra applicable for Maharashtra State Type B candidates.
• For Type C aspirants, candidates will need a Certificate from the employer mentioning either of the parents of the candidate is a Central Government or Government of India undertaking employee and is currently posted in or outside Maharashtra.

Candidates must follow the below guidelines while uploading the documents for the online CAP application for MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2025 

• The certificates must be scanned and uploaded while completing the CAP application form online.
• The photograph must be passport size and a coloured image. The photograph file size should be between 20 KB to 50 KB and in JPG or JPEG format.
• The applicants have to make their signature on white paper with a blue or black pen before scanning. The scanned image file size must be between 10 KB to 20 KB and in JPG / JPEG format.
• The scanned documents that have to be uploaded must be readable. If the scanned images of the documents are not clear, then the documents will not be accepted as valid.
