The MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET counselling process 2025 commenced on August 18, 2025. According to the schedule, the last date to complete the candidate registration for phases 3 and 4 is September 15. Previously, the round 1 MAH BA B.Ed B.Sc B.Ed 2025 seat allotment was launched on September 1, 2025. College reporting for the selected students must be completed between September 2 to 4, 2025.

Step 1: Document Verification | Post the filling out the application form, the candidates will have to visit the nearest facilitation center and get their documents verified. Only after the document verification, the application form of the candidates will be verified. |
Step 2: Provisional Merit List | After the documents verification, the provisional merit list will be released. The provisional merit list will be prepared on the basis of rank obtained by the candidates in the exam. The candidates who find any discrepancies in the provisional merit list can raise an objection to the concerned authority. |
Step 3: Final Merit List | After evaluating the objections raised, the exam authority will release the final merit list. No further objections can be raised after the final merit list. The candidates who have their names on the final merit list will be eligible for the counseling process. |
Step 4: Category Wise Seat Display | After the release of the final merit list, the examination authority will release the seat matrix or the category-wise seat display for the participating institutes. |
Step 5: Online Choice Filling | Based on the seat matrix, the candidates will have to fill their choices of preferred colleges online. The candidates are required to fill their choices in the order of priority. Based on the choices filled by the candidates, the seats will be allotted at the time of counseling. |
Step 6: Provisional Seat Allotment | Based on the choices filled and seat availability, the candidates will be allotted seats provisionally. For the candidates who have been allotted the seat as per the first preference filled, the seats will be auto Freeze. Such candidates will have to report to ARC and submit their fee to lock the seats. The candidates who have not been allotted the first preference college can opt for the Freeze option and report to the ARC. These candidates will be eligible for further rounds of counseling. |
Step 7: Reporting | The candidates will have to report to the allotted institute, submit the documents and pay the admission fee to complete the admission. |
