MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2026 Seat Allotment for CAP Round I and II

  • Candidates have to register for the counselling process. After completing the registration process, they will obtain the Registration ID and Login ID.
  • With the help of the login details, candidates will have to sign into the CAP portal to fill out the CAP online form and pay the registration fee.
  • Along with filling out the form, aspirants have to upload the scanned copy of the original documents, such as SSC or HSC Mark Sheets or Undergraduate degree or Post Graduate Degree examination, a Domicile Certificate, a Birth Certificate, a  Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, a Caste Certificate and a Caste Validity Certificate or any other relevant document.
  • If an aspirant does not upload the required certificates or documents while submitting the CAP application form, then their form will not be accepted and considered forthe  preparation of the merit list or seat allotment.
  • After the e-verification of the documents is done, the admission committee will issue the alphabetical and final merit list.
  • Candidates who are on the final merit list for CAP rounds I and II will be able to exercise college options for rounds I and II.
  • Based on the college choices submitted, seat availability, and reservation policies, the admission cell will declare the MAH BA B.Ed B.Sc B.Ed CET seat allotment 2026 for round I.
  • Similarly, after the display of vacant seats for round II and the publication of the merit list for NRI/ OCI/ PIO/ FNS/ CIWGC, the seat allotment for CAP round II will be announced.

  • For this round, aspirants have to fill out online options for institute-level admissions.
  • The admission committee will publish the merit list for ACAP and Management Quota seats on the CAP portal.
  • The merit list will also be available on the college website.
  • A separate seat allocation list will not be created for this round. 
  • Admission will be granted based on the merit lists.

Here are some important points regarding the events after the MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2026 seat allotment for students' reference.

  • If seat allocation is done by the authorities as per the first choice of the candidates, then such allotment will be automatically frozen. The aspirant in such cases has to accept the allocation, and he will not be eligible to participate in the upcoming CAP rounds.
  • Aspirants who obtain a seat allocation must report to the Admission Reporting Centre to confirm the allotment. While college reporting, they are required to present all the essential original documents and certificates related to their eligibility, academic qualifications, etc, claims made in the online application.

  • The admission centre will then give an online receipt of seat acceptance to the relevant applicant.
  • After the officials complete the certificate verification and any other requirements, the aspirants can pay the fees for admission.
