About MAH M.Ed CET 2025 Counselling (Open)

The MAH M.Ed 2025 counselling process registration for rounds 3 and 4 is open until September 3, 2025. Registered users can exercise college options between September 2 and September 3, 2025. The conducting authority will issue the MAH M.Ed 2025 alphabetical merit list for phase 3 on September 6, 2025. You can submit objections, if any, related to the provisional list from September 7 - 8, 2025. After considering the grievances, the final merit list will be launched on September 10, 2025.

Further, the round 3 allocation will be published on September 12, 2025. Selected candidates must complete college reporting within the allocated timeframe. Previously, the MAH M.Ed CET 2025 seat allotment for round 2 was released on August 26, 2025. 

The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, organises the MAH M.Ed CET counselling across four rounds: three CAP rounds and one ACAP round. To participate in the counselling process, it is mandatory to qualify in the written test and complete the registration within the deadline. Only students who register can participate in the choice filling process and will be considered for seat allotment. The main stages of the MAH M.Ed CET counselling process include registration, e-verification of certificates, release of alphabetical lists, filling out the college option form, final merit lists, seat allocation, and college reporting.

Specifications for Photograph

• The image / photograph should be a Passport size one that is coloured. 
• The photo file size must be within the range of 20 KB to 50 KB and in JPEG or JPG format.

Specifications for Signature Image

• Applicants must sign their names on white paper with a black or blue pen.
• The file size for the signature image should vary between 10KB and 20KB.
• The image should be saved in JPG or JPEG form.
• The papers to be submitted in the CAP online application should be in PDF format with a maximum file size of 500KB.

General Guidelines

• Candidates and parents are asked to scan the following documents and save them on their Pen Drive / Desktop / Laptop for submission when filling out the online application form.
• The Scanned Submitted Documents must be readable, and aspirants must upload the documents only when this is confirmed.
• If the uploaded files are not legible, they will not be regarded as valid, and the applicant will bear total accountability for the same.

MAH M.Ed CET 2025 Counselling Process

After the declaration of results for MAH M.Ed CET 2025, the qualified candidates will have to fill their choices through the admission form and submit it through the CAP. Seats to the candidates will be provided on the basis of the rank of the candidate and the choice filled by the candidate in the respective application form.

The details of the allocation list will be released by the Maharashtra state cell. The state cell will also release the time slot for the allocation of different rounds for which the candidates will have to report at the allocated centre with the required documents for verification.

• To participate in the counselling process of MAH M.Ed CET 2025, candidates must register themselves for counselling and pay the registration fee before the last date announced by the conducting body.
• Students need to make sure that they have a valid score in MAH M.Ed CET 2025 exam. 
• Only qualified and shortlisted candidates must register themselves for counselling.
• Aspirants must check out the entire list of documents required for MAH M.Ed CET 2025 counselling and keep them ready for verification purposes.
• Before engaging in the choice-filling process, students must go through the entire list of participating colleges of  MAH M.Ed CET 2025  from the official website.
• Once a seat has been allotted to a student, he / she has to self-report, then download the provisional admission letter, and report to the allotted institute on the prescribed date and time in order to finalize his / her admission.
• Aspirants should not take the risk of being absent from the counselling process as the seats are only limited and they get filled very quickly.
• Students must make sure to not miss the document verification process, as it is a crucial part of the counselling process. Those failing to verify their documents will be disqualified.
• Candidates should not miss carrying the category certificate (if applicable).
• Students should not carry different documents than the ones submitted at the time of registration. Doing so may lead to direct disqualification.
