About MCAER PGCET Counselling 2026

MCAER PGCET counselling 2026 is expected to begin in September 2026. It is conducted through a fully online Centralised Admission Process (CAP) after the declaration of the final merit list. After registration, the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB), Pune, releases the provisional merit list. Students can submit their grievances related to it within the allotted timeline. The conducting authority issues the MCAER PGCET 2026 final merit list after considering the objections raised by the aspirants.

Allotment of seats takes place typically in two online rounds, where the system assigns seats automatically according to merit rank, web preferences, reservation rules and availability in each Agricultural University. Those who receive an allotment must report to the respective college within the given dates, carrying all original documents for verification and completion of admission formalities. Those who do not secure allocation may get another opportunity through the 3rd admission Round. This round is held offline at the headquarters of each Agricultural University and fills the remaining vacancies through physical reporting and merit-based selection.

Students seeking admission must make sure to follow the MCAER PGCET counselling 2026 schedule. MCAER ensures a structured, transparent admission process for all postgraduate agricultural programmes in Maharashtra. The direct link to the MCAER PGCET 2026 CAP registration is provided below.
