• Students must have obtained at least 55% marks in their UG level degree courses in a relevant field of education from a recognized university/ institute.

• BTech (Agri.Engg.) candidates are also eligible for admission to “Agril. Meteorology” subject only with CET- Subject: Agriculture.
• BSc (Hons) Home Science/ BSc (Hons) Community Science candidates are also eligible for admission to “Agricultural Extension and Communication” subject only with CET- Subject: Agriculture.
• BSc (Animal Husbandry) candidates are also eligible for admission to “Animal Husbandry” subject but only with CET- Subject: Agriculture.
• The students possessing these UG degrees will have to complete deficiency courses if any as suggested by SAC.
• Other State graduate candidates must have a degree from ICAR-accredited Agriculture University,  if applicable.
• It is compulsory that all the degrees mentioned in the above eligibility list should have been only awarded by Agricultural Universities.
• All the Master’s degree programmes have a minimum duration of two years (i.e. 4 semesters).
