Your Ultimate Exam Preparation Guide Awaits!
The MCAER PGCET 2026 seat allotment process is typically completed in 2 to 3 phases of the counselling process. To access the allocation result, you must visit the official portal and log in to your account. After the final merit list is released, students become eligible for online allotment rounds conducted through the Centralised Admission Process.
Seats are assigned by Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB), Pune, based on a combination of merit rank, college preferences submitted, reservation rules and the number of vacancies available in each participating university.
The first allotment list marks the beginning of the process, followed by a second round for students who remain unallotted or eligible for further consideration. Those obtaining allocation must report to the assigned college within the specified time for document verification and fee payment. Once the regular counselling rounds conclude, any remaining seats are filled through a physical spot round held at the university headquarters.
