WB ANM & GNM Exam Application Form 2024 (Application Correction from April 26)

WB ANM & GNM Application Correction Window will be live from April 26 till April 28, 2024. The WB ANM GNM application form 2024 was released on March 21, 2024 at wbjeeb.nic.in and the extended deadline to fill it in was April 24, 2024. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will conduct the WB ANM & GNM Exam 2024 on July 14, 2024.

Before filling out the application form for the WB ANM & GNM 2024 exam, candidates must make sure that they are satisfying the WB ANM & GNM Eligibility Criteria 2024. Steps to Fill WB ANM & GNM Application Form 2024

The steps to fill out the WB ANM & GNM 2024 application form are as follows:

Registration

• To fill out the online application form, the candidates will have to visit the official website

• Candidates will register themselves by providing information such as their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number, current and permanent address, mobile number, email address, and so on.

• While registering must create a password and select a security question/answer

• After completing the registration process, an application number will be generated and displayed on the screen. The candidate will also receive the application number on their registered mobile number/ email.

• The candidate must keep track of his or her application number, password, and security question/answer. If the candidate forgets his or her password, he or she must use the "Forgot Password" option to regain it. There is no way to recover the password.

Application Form

• Log in with your application number and password.

• Fill out the application form with information such as your domicile, category, PWD status, family income status, religion, nationality, academic qualifications etc.

• After completing the form, the candidate must select examination zones in the order of preference and apply.

Upload Documents & Photograph

Candidates must upload their most recent scanned photographs, signatures, and other documents in the sizes and format mentioned below:-

Payment of Application Fees

• After the upload of the documents, candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 300/- for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/Orphan candidates and Rs 400/- for all other candidates, plus the Bank’s service charges as applicable.

• Only Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card can be used to pay the application fee/ examination fees.

• The fee is non-refundable after it has been paid.

• Candidates can submit their applications after successfully filling out the application form.

Submission of WBJEE Application Form

• Candidates should take a printout of the confirmation page after completing all of the above processes since it signifies the completion of the online submission of the WB ANM & GNM 2024 Application Form.

• Also, save it as confirmation of your completed application form on your computer.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) is responsible for allocating minimum criteria for admission. In order to be eligible for WB ANM & GNM 2024 Registration process, candidates need to meet all the academic and personal requirements.

• The minimum academic qualification that is required to appear for the WB ANM & GNM 2024 exam is the high secondary passing certificate
• Minimum marks required at the 10+2 level is 50% for general category candidates and 45% for reserved category candidates. 
• Applicants who are appearing for their high secondary examination, are also eligible for the WB ANM & GNM 2024 Application process. 
• The minimum age to apply for the WB ANM & GNM 2024 exam is 17 years as of 31.12.2024.

Candidates who have successfully completed the WB ANM & GNM 2024 Registration process, are eligible to make changes or corrections to their registration form. WBJEEB releases notifications regarding the same on their official website. 

After the correction window closes, no applicants will be allowed to make any further changes to their applications. Here is the stepwise procedure to edit WB ANM & GNM 2024 Application form

• Applicants need to visit the official website of WBJEEB
• They need to enter their registration number and password to open their profile
• After logging in, applicants need to make the necessary changes that are allowed by the exam conducting authority
• Candidates need to do a final revision before submitting
• Aspirants then have to click on the “Preview and Submit” button that is present at the end of the page
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates
• A pop-up window will appear and candidates need to accept all the instructions there
• Final slip will be sent to the profile of the candidate

The WB ANM & GNM Application process is complicated as a lot of information is required to be entered in the same. Candidates need to be extra careful while filling WB ANM GNM application form. If any of the information is incorrect, WBJEEB may reject the registration of the students. 

Most of the time, the applications may get rejected due to discrepancies in the uploaded photograph and other documents. If the picture is dark or blurry, the exam authorities may reject the application of the student. In that case, the authorities will send an email to the registered email address which will contain all the details about what areas need to be corrected. After that, students just need to wait till the WB ANM & GNM 2024 Application Correction window is opened. 

WB ANM & GNM 2024 Application Correction window is expected to be activated in the month of February 2024. While the window is open, applicants can make changes to certain pieces of information. They must make sure to revise at least twice before the final submission of their registration. After the correction window is closed, no further assistance regarding changing information will not be entertained by the exam authorities.
