AMUEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of AMUEE 2021 will be specified by Aligarh Muslim University. In order to apply for AMUEE 2021, applicants must first go through the eligibility norms of the university. Applicants must note that there is a different eligibility criterion for different courses, and without satisfying the AMUEE 2021 eligibility norms, applicants will not be allowed to appear for the entrance exam.

The following table shows the detailed eligibility criteria of AMUEE 2021:

Qualification Eligibility Criteria of AMUEE 2021

B.A.LL.B.

  • Applicants should be more than 22 years in age as on 1st July of the year of admission.

  • Applicants should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination or equivalent with 50% aggregate marks.

B.Sc. (Hons.)

  • Applicants should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognised Institution and should have scored 55% marks in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology.

B.Tech/B.Arch

  • Applicants should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination or its equivalent examination from a recognised board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

  • Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for this course.

  • Applicants have to secure minimum 50% marks in aggregate in the above-mentioned subjects.

  • Applicants having a Diploma in Engineering, and who have secured 50% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply for both the courses.

B.A. (Hons.)

  • Applicants should have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent examination with 45% marks in aggregate in English and in any three subjects from Accountancy, Arabic, Banking, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Organization, Business Studies, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, English, Fine Arts, Geography, Hindi, History, Home Science, Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Persian, Philosophy, Physical Health Education, Physics, Political Science/Civics, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Urdu and modern Indian Languages.

B.Ed

  • Applicants should have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.Th with 50% aggregate marks or applicants should have a Master’s degree in Science / Social Sciences / Humanities.

  • Applicants should have passed Engineering & Technology with 55% aggregate marks.

Diploma in Engineering

  • Applicants should have passed Secondary School Certificate of this University or an equivalent examination with at least 45% aggregate marks in English, Maths and Science.

    or

  • Applicants should have passed the Higher examination with at least 45% aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

  • Age of the applicant should be less than 21 years as on 31st December 2021.

MBA

  • Applicants should have Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised institution.

B.Voc
  • Class 12th from AMU or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
B.Com
  • Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with not less than 55% marks in aggregate of Accounts and English & two subjects from among Economics, Business Organization, Business Studies, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Banking, Mathematics and/ or Statistics
B.Lib.Sc.
  • Candidate must have a BA/ BSc/ BCom/ BTh/ BSW or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks
  • OR
  • Have a BA/ BSc/ BCom/ BTh/ BSW having 45% marks with at least 50% marks in Master’s degree
