APNCET 2026 Counselling Process

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences will conduct the official APNCET 2026 Counselling Process for all the successful candidates from the APNCET exam. Those who will secure the minimum required score in their exam will get the opportunity to register themselves for the counselling. Once the registration window opens, every candidate needs to visit the official site of the university and submit all the required documents.

Once the registration is completed for the APNCET 2026 counselling process, the choice filling window will be active for candidates. They must fill up their preferred institutions to pursue their 4-year B.Sc Nursing degree. Choosing the institution can depend on multiple factors, such as the faculty of the department, infrastructure, campus benefits, etc. So, who;e choosing the college, make sure you have prepared your preferences very clearly.

APNCET 2026 Counselling Registeration

Check the steps to register yourself for the APNCET 2026 counselling process.

• Visit the official website of the university: 
• Tap on the official link mentioning “APNCET counselling”.
• Enter all the login credentials and submit. 
• Once entered the portal, fill in the details required for registration. 
• Pay the registration fees. 
• Once the payment is done, the registration will be completed. Take the printout of the registration acknowledgement form. 

Documents Required for APNCET 2026 Counselling Process

Keep these documents ready before starting your APNCET 2026 counselling process. These documents will also be required for the final verification at the allotted institution. 

• Class 10th and 12th marksheet and certificates
• Registration acknowledgement form
• Scorecard of the APNCET 2026 exam
• Caste certificate, as applicable 
• Fees deposit receipt
• Official national ID, such as Aadhar card, voter card, pan card, etc
• Seat allotment form downloaded from the official website (required during verification at the institute)
• Passport-sized photograph 
• Medical fitness certificate (required during verification at the institute)

APNCET 2026 Choice Filling

During the APNCET 2026 choice-filling step, candidates must enter their preferred institutions for the Nursing curriculum. There will be a specific date and time to complete the entire choice filling process, failing which the registration will be cancelled. Also, all registered candidates are advised to check their preferred college list before submitting the choice filling form. Once submitted, the form can not be modified.

APNCET 2026 Seat Allotment

Once the choice filling step is closed, the provisional seat allotment letter will be released for the final APNCET 2026 admission. If the allotted institute is good to go, candidates need to visit the college with the seat allotment letter and other documents. If the student wants to wait for the 2nd round of counselling, they can decline the offer and wait for the next allotment release.

APNCET 2026 Document Verification

After the APNCET 2026 seat allotment letter is declared, candidates must visit the institution with all the required documents mentioned previously. They have to pay the admission fees and submit all the documents to the college authority. Once the documents are verified by the administrative authority, the admission will be successful. The official commencement of the classes will be notified by the college.
