The Andhra Pradesh Residential Junior Colleges (APRJC) Common Entrance Test (CET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted every year for admission into intermediate courses at AP Residential Junior Colleges. After the results are declared, the APRJC CET 2026 counselling process plays a crucial role in allotting seats to qualified candidates based on their merit and preferences.
The counselling process is expected to begin shortly after the result announcement and will include steps like online registration, document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment. Candidates who clear the exam must participate in counselling to secure admission to their preferred college and course. This section will deal explicitly with the detailed step by step APRJC CET 2026 counselling process:
Step 1: Registration
This is the first step or phase of the APRJC CET counselling process 2026 in which the shortlisted candidates have to register themselves for the counselling process of APRJC CET 2026. The registration for the APRJC CET 2026 counselling process will take place at all the APRJC CET helpline centres. The candidates have to visit their nearest helpline centre to get themselves registered for the 2026 counselling process for APRJC CET.
Step 2: Verification of Documents
During this phase, the candidates must submit all relevant documents, which will be reviewed by the appropriate officials. This step will verify the claims made by the applicants during the online application process. The candidate should bring the documents listed in the following section with them to the verification centre and submit them there. Candidates who fail to submit the required documents will be barred from progressing through the admissions process.
Step 3: Allotment of Seats
After successfully completing the document verification round, candidates will be given login credentials that they must use to select junior residential colleges in decreasing order of preference. Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their CET rank and the choices they made.
Step 4: Fee Payment
After being assigned seats at APRJC CET 2026 participating institutes, candidates must confirm their admission by paying the APRJC CET 2026 admission fee. The candidates will be given 15 days to deposit the required amount; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the seats assigned to them.

There are two rounds of counselling for APRJC CET 2026 - Phase 1 from May Phase 2 from June 2026.
Seats are allotted based on APRJC CET 2026 rank and the preferences selected by the student during the counselling process.
Once a seat is allotted during APRJC counselling, you must pay the admission fee within 15 days to confirm your seat. Failing to do so may lead to cancellation of the allotment.
