APRJC CET Eligibility Criteria 2020

The APRJC CET eligibility criteria for 2020 will demarcate those applicants who will be fit to take the APRJC CET 2020 exam from those who cannot take the exam. The applicants must go through the eligibility criteria of APRJC CET 2020 before beginning to apply for the entrance test. The following sections will explicitly explain the APRJC CET eligibility criteria which are regulated by the Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institution Society (APREI) Amravati.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria for APRJC CET 2020

The following pointers will discuss the detailed eligibility criteria for the 2020 APRJC CET:

  • The applicant must be a resident of India 

  • The applicant must have studied and cleared the qualifying exam from an Andhra Pradesh school only

  • The application forms of only those candidates will be accepted by the authorities who will clear their qualifying examination in March 2020

  • Unreserved category applicants must have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum of 6.0 GPA and a minimum of 4.0 GPA in English at the qualifying level

  • Reserved category applicants (OBC, SC, ST and Minority) must have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 5.0 GPA and a minimum of 4.0 GPA in English at the qualifying level

APRJC CET 2020 Eligibility: Reservation Policy

The seat reservation policy of APRJC CET 2020 has been discussed in the table provided below:

Note:

  • PwD Category Seats: Candidates with a minimum disability of 40% will fall under this category and seats will be allocated as per the merit in the CET among the PwD category candidates

  • Seats reserved for the Sports category will be allocated as per the merit in the CET among the Sports category candidates

  • Seats reserved for Armed Personnel Wards will be allocated as per the merit in the CET among the Armed Personnel Wards category candidates

  • NCC certificate holders (preferably C) cannot apply for seats reserved for the Armed Personnel Wards
