Bihar B.Ed CET Counselling 2026: Bihar B.Ed counselling is conducted via online mode. Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, issues the college allotment for the vacant seats. Those who accept the allotment have to pay a partial admission fee of Rs 3000 online through the Bihar BEd candidate login account. After fee payment, you must report to the assigned centre for document verification and admission.

Further, if not all seats are filled, round 2 college allotment for the centralised admission phase will be launched. Those selected must complete the required formalities as per the schedule.

Please note, that registration for the counselling process of Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 is necessary, without which the candidates will not be able to participate in any event related to counselling. The counselling process is being conducted by Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga for those candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the same.

The Bihar B.Ed CET counselling process involves the following steps:

Online Registration

• Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the exam's counselling process must register online.
• Candidates must visit the exam's official website to register.
• They must click on the link provided on the official website to complete their registration.
• Applicants must fill out the registration form and log in with all of their personal information.

Payment of Counselling Registration Fee

Candidates must make an online payment for registration and the college fees once they have logged in. 

Document Verification of Candidates

The exam authorities will now verify all of the applicants' academic credentials. Candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number once the document verification process for B.Ed college admission is complete. Candidates must keep their OTP for future use. If the officials find any discrepancy in the submitted documents by the candidates, the admission offer may be cancelled.

Choice Filling by Aspirants

After that, candidates must fill out their course and college preferences. Candidates must also submit the OTP they received during document verification.

Here are a few things that candidates should know about the Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 counselling process:

• The Bihar B.Ed CET conducting body is conducting the Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 counselling process.
• During the Bihar B.Ed CET counselling 2026 process, candidates must submit all original documents. After the documents have been verified, they will be returned to their respective holders.
• All qualified applicants who wish to enrol in a two-year B.Ed programme must register for counselling.
• It should also be remembered that selecting options and selecting a college is a one-time exercise.
• Once an applicant is assigned to a college, he or she will not be considered for further counselling.
• Only the Government and Constituent Colleges use reservation rosters.
• In Minority Colleges, 50% of the seats are reserved for minority candidates.
• The candidates must choose at least five colleges from one or all universities.
• Applicants may choose up to twelve Colleges from any one or all universities.
• Minority applicants (Muslim/Christian) must choose at least one institution from any one university in the relevant minority colleges.
• Fees paid in advance will not be reimbursed under any conditions.

The significant steps involved in the Bihar B.Ed CET seat allotment are as follows -

• Once registered, the selected applicants of the 1st round will have to get their documents verified at the respective allotted college. 
• Candidates who have their documents successfully verified and paid the fees can join their respective institutions.
• Following that, there will be a second round of college allotment for the waiting list candidates.
• The paper verification and student admission for the 2nd Round applicants at the concerned College/Institute will be declared soon.

• Candidates will inquire about the availability of seat(s) in the desired college.
• Candidates must have passed the Bihar B.Ed CET 2026, and be registered for counselling.
• The applicants must not have been admitted to any college after the first, second, and third rounds of counselling.
• Admission to the college will be based on merit. 
• College Administration will produce a merit list based on the applications received, which will be placed on the College's Notice Board.
• For information, the Merit List will also be forwarded to the Office of the State Nodal Officer and the University Nodal Officer.
• Candidates who have not enrolled for counselling will not see their names on the dashboard and will be denied admission.
• Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 qualifying and registered candidates must pay a partial admission Cost of Rs 3000 in addition to the College fee.

Options after the final round of Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 Seat Allotment

Following the final round of seat allocation, applicants will have only two options. They can accept the assigned seat, upload the necessary documents, and pay the institution's fee. The other option is to withdraw from the admissions process. They will not be able to join the counselling process for the second round if they withdraw in the 1st round of seat allocation.
