Bihar ITICAT choice filling 2025 is currently over for candidates. The choice filling option was available for candidates from July 18 to 24, 2025 in the online mode. Candidates who have successfully cleared the Bihar ITICAT exam were able to participate in the choice filling process. Applicants have to fill up their choices of trades and ITI institutes on the basis of their preferences. On the basis of the choices filled by the candidates, the authorities release the seat allotment results for round 1 on July 31, 2025 and round 2 on August 25, 2025. Candidates need to be careful while filling up their choices as there will be no edit window to alter their preferences.

2. Click on the link - Online Counselling Portal of ITICAT-2025

3. Upon landing on a new page, click on the link - Registration & Choice Filling for ITICAT 2025

4. Click on the tab that reads - New Registration

5. Register yourself for the counselling process by providing all the basic personal details

6. Acquire your User ID and password from the registered email account

7. Use it to log into the choice filling portal

8. Choose in decreasing order of preference from the list of trades and institutions available on the website

9. Lock your choices before the last date and “Submit” those choices

10. Take a printout of the locked and submitted choices sent into your registered email account

• The candidates must not forget to take a printout of their submitted choices for future reference

• The choice modification process will be carried out through an OTP authentication process where the candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile numbers and email addresses
