Bihar ITICAT counselling 2025 for the Mop-Up round will start from September 2, 2025. The Date for Online Willingness for attending MOP-UP Counselling will start from September 2, 2025 and the last date for candidates to express their willingness has been extended till September 11, 2025. Bihar ITICAT Counselling 2025 is conducted in the online mode by BCECEB. The counselling registration process is over for the qualified candidates. The choice filling process had commenced from July 18 and the last date for students to fill up their choices was July 24, 2025. On the basis of the choices, the authorities had released the seat allotment results for round 1 on July 31, 2025. Candidates were able to download the seat allotment order form July 31 to August 6, 2025. The round 2 seat allotment results has been released on August 25, 2025. Students will be able to download the seat allotment order from August 25 to 29, 2025. Students who have successfully qualified for the Bihar ITICAT 2025 exam are eligible to take part in the counselling process. ITICAT counselling will take place in two rounds and followed by one mop-up round, if seats remain vacant.
