ITM NEST 2025 counselling process starts with the announcement of results for all its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The counselling usually goes on until mid-September, and once the seats for the particular course are filled, counselling will be over for that particular program. Based on their merit, candidates will be offered scholarship assistance. Other than merit scholarships, the university also provides sports, cultural, military, para-military, and government-funded scholarships based on a student’s academic and extracurricular record.

Once the ITM NEST 2026 exam counselling process starts, candidates will be asked to fill up their choices of programs in the online mode according to their preferences. Based on the merit list and academic record, candidates will be allotted seats in the programs of their given preference. Seats will only be confirmed after the candidate pays the admission fee and when his/her documents are verified. Documents Required During ITM NEST 2026 Counselling

The ITM NEST counselling 2026 requires students to submit a certain set of documents, like a photo ID, academic records, etc. Students eager to know more about the ITM NEST counselling 2026 required documents are given below. 

• All academic records in original from Class 10 to Graduation, like Certificate / Degree / Mark Sheet (as applicable according to the course and eligibility).

• Photo ID Proof showing Candidate’s Photo, Address, Date of Birth and Father’s or Mother’s Name or both.

• Sports and Cultural Scholarship Form

• Military and Paramilitary Scholarship Form

• ITM NEST Scholarship Form

• Government Scholarship Form

• Economic Background-Based Scholarship Form

• 5 recent Photographs, colour and passport size

• 2 photocopies of all documents mentioned above, photocopies should be self-attested.

• The first instalment of the Fee amount for the first semester. The Fee can be paid either in cash or by DD. DD should be generated in favour of “ITM UNIVERSITY GWALIOR” Payable at “Gwalior”.

• Migration Certificate (issued by the university /board, the applicant studied last).

• Category Certificate (must be issued by the competent authority with the signature and seal of the concerned department).

• Cheques will not be accepted.
