About ITM NEST

ITM NEST (short for National Entrance & Scholarship Test) will be organised for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Technology (M.Tech), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes at ITM University. It is organised annually in the month of June 2018. The application form for the same will be issued in the month of January 2018.

ITM NEST Eligibility Criteria 2018

ITM NEST is a qualifying examination for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by ITM University's 11 schools of professional studies.

Eligibility norms for ITM NEST 2018 are based on minimum secured marks in the qualifying exam and academic qualification as shown in the table below:

ITM NEST Syllabus 2018

  • The syllabus for the ITM NEST exam will be based on the pattern of CBSE/NCERT Science syllabus of class 11th and 12th.
  • A fixed syllabus is not provided for the General Aptitude section.
  • However, the General Aptitude section will contain questions related to the major historical milestones in physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, astronomy, environment, and computer science.

ITM NEST Exam Pattern 2018

  • ITM NEST Examination will be organised in both online and offline modes.
  • The nature of examination is objective multiple type questions.
  • ITM NEST Question paper consists of 100 Objective type questions for which candidates are provided with 4 choices.
  • The question paper language will be in English.
  • Each part consists of 25 questions.
  • The total duration given to complete the examination is 1 hour 30 minutes.

ITM NEST Result 2018

ITM NEST 2018 Result is expected to be announced in the third week of June 2018. The result will be displayed on the official website of ITM University i.e. www.itmuniversity.ac.in. The shortlisted candidates will receive admission call letter on their registered email address. Candidates must take a print out of admission call letter and visit the allotted centre on the scheduled date and time with original and photocopies of academic documents.

Steps to Download ITM NEST 2018 Result:

  • Log in to the official website of ITM University using your registered email address/Mobile number and password.
  • Click on the tab 'Download ITM NEST 2018 Result'.
  • After that, provide your registration number, Date of Birth and Roll number.
  • Then, click on 'Continue' button for downloading the result and your ITM NEST 2018 result will be displayed on the computer screen.

ITM NEST Counselling 2018

The counselling process starts with the announcement of result for ITM University National Entrance & Scholarship Test for all its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The counselling will go on until mid-September and once the seats for the particular course are filled, counselling will be over for that particular programme.

  • Admission is done through ITM NEST and JEE /PRE MCA /PAT /NATA /GATE /CMAT / MAT / XAT/ATMA/CAT Entrance tests as may be applicable.
  • On the basis of the merit, candidates will be offered scholarship assistance.
  • Other than merit scholarships, the university also provides sports, cultural, military, para-military and government-funded scholarships based on a student’s academic and extracurricular record.
  • Candidates will have to apply for counseling at ITM University, Gwalior in order to get a seat at the university.
  • Once the counseling process starts, candidates will be asked to fill up their choices of programmes in the online mode according to their preferences.
  • Based on the merit list and academic record, candidates will be allotted seats in the programmes of their given preference.
  • Seats will only be confirmed after the candidate pays the admission fee and when his/her documents are verified.

ITM NEST Admit Card 2018

ITM University, Gwalior publishes the ITM NEST admit card/hall ticket 2018 in online mode on University’s official website. The admit card of ITM NEST 2018 is made available for all the candidates who have registered for the entrance exam. How to Apply for ITM NEST 2018

ITM NEST 2018 Application Process started in the month of January 2018 in online mode as well as offline mode. The online application forms can be filled by visiting the official website while offline application forms can be collected from the office of ITM University Gwalior. Candidates applying for the exam can submit their applications until 30th April, 2018.

Online Mode:

Those candidates who want to submit their application form online should visit the official website of ITM University, Gwalior. The complete procedure for submitting the application form for ITM NEST 2018 is described as below:

Registration:

  • Go to the official website of ITM University.
  • Click on the 'Admission' tab and click on the drop-downlist, select ITM NEST 2018.
  • A registration page will be displayed on your system screen with a form for specific details such as Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, etc.
  • Enter the Caption Code and click on "Register" tab.
  • An email will also be sent to your registered Email address with Registered ID and password.

Form Filing up:

  • Using the information received at the time of registration, log in to fill the application form.
  • Provide your all relevant information related to Personal Details, Educational Details and Contact Details.

Yes, an applicant can apply for ITM NEST 2018 and study any desired programme is eligible for the same.
