Want updates on JENPAS UG
Only the test-takers will be able to access JENPAS UG Admit Card 2020. The JENPAS UG admit card will be issued by the WBJEEB. WBJEEB neither verifies the information provided by any applicant during the online application nor verifies any certificate such as academic qualification, date of birth, income, domicile, reservation category, employment etc. Admission cards shall only be issued on the basis of the information provided by the applicants. And after the last date of the JENPAS UG 2020 online application, there is no scope to change/correct any details in the admit card.
No applicant will be allowed to enter the exam hall without JENPAS UG Admit Card 2020.
Admit cards will be generated on the notified date for the students to download and take a print. Candidates must carry a printed hard copy of the admit card to the examination centre.
Candidates will have to carry a scanned hard copy of the admit card to the examination centre.
Candidates have to make sure that even by mistake, the admit card is not mutilated/distorted/soiled. And the candidates whose admissions cards have been mutated/deformed/soiled shall not be allowed to appear for the JENPAS UG entrance examination.
Candidates themselves can generate duplicate admit cards but only till the date of examination. Hence, candidates are advised to retain their admit cards carefully in a secured place to avoid any damage to the document.
If a candidate requires a duplicate admit card after examination, the Board shall grant the same card only until 60 days after the results.
In order to get a duplicate, a candidate must apply to the board and pay a processing fee of Rs. 500/- by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable at Kolkata.
WBJEEB does not verify any information provided by the candidate - during the online application. Admit cards are issued only based on the information provided by the candidate.
All verifications shall be carried out during counselling, registration, admission etc. If the applicant is found ineligible at any stage after examination, then his / her candidacy will be treated as cancelled even if he/she has appeared in and secured a Merit Rank. Participating in the examination and obtaining a rank does not guarantee the admission of the applicant.
