SET 2018 was on predictable lines, and the difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate.

In the General Knowledge section, 90% questions were on current affairs. Those who would've stayed updated round the year would've done well in this section. However, students found 4-5 questions quite tricky & absolutely new.

The section on Analytical Reasoning had few questions of Quantitative Aptitude from topics such as percentage, averages etc.

In the Logical Reasoning section, there were not more than 4-5 questions from Critical reasoning. Rest of the questions were based on topics like Series and Arrangement, Coding-Decoding, Missing Numbers, Visual Reasoning, etc.

In English section, 30 questions were based on Reading Comprehension. However, most of the questions were easy in terms of difficulty level.

In Legal Reasoning section, the questions were on predictable lines. The questions were mostly principle-fact based with few questions from legal current affairs, which turned out to be quite difficult. This section did not have any unexpected topic or question.

The expected cut-off for Symbiosis Pune can range between 110-115.  For Symbiosis Noida, the expected cut-off can range between 102-105.
