Detailed TN SET 2023 Exam Pattern

This section deals with the latest and detailed TN SET exam pattern - 

  • The TN SET paper is divided into two parts - Paper I and II

  • Each section has multiple-choice questions

  • Paper I has 50 objective questions carrying 2 marks each

  • Paper-II has 100 objective questions carrying 2 marks each

  • Paper I will be conducted for 60 minutes

  • Paper-II will be conducted for 120 minutes

  • Paper I tests the general awareness, divergent thinking, comprehension and reasoning ability of the test-takers

  • Paper-II tests the in-depth knowledge of the candidates of the subjects chosen by them

  • No negative marks are awarded for wrong or incorrect answers

  • Paper I and Paper-II are conducted in different sessions
