Steps to fill the application form for Bihar DECE LE 2026 have been listed below for reference: 

Step1: Registration

Applicants have to first register themselves before filing the application form. To register, they are required to enter their mobile number and email ID, where a verification code will be sent by the authorities. Both their email ID and phone number will be verified by the authorities by sending a verification code. There is no facility provided by the examination authorities to change the aspirant's mobile number or email address once it has been verified. After registering, they will receive a notification on their registered mobile number and email address, in which their registration number will be mentioned. After this, they can log into their accounts and start filling out the DECE LE 2026 application form. They can enter their registration number and password, tap on sign in, and complete the process. The password set by the aspirants during registration should be confidential and cannot be retrieved under any circumstances. 

Step 2: Entering Personal Detail/ Contact Detail

After successfully registering themselves, aspirants have to log in using their registration number/date of birth, password, and security pin. After entering all the personal details like name, father’s name, and address, they have to click on the “Submit & Continue” tab to move on to the next step. After filling out the personal information, they should enter their permanent & correspondence address and tap on the save and continue button.

Step 3: Upload Photo & Signature

In this step, applicants will be required to upload their scanned signature and passport-sized photo as per the specifications & instructions mentioned on the screen. They also have to submit a placard (on which they have to write his/her name). 

Step 4: Enter Educational Qualifications

In the fourth step, students are required to enter their education details like class 10 and 12 percentage and marks, name of the school, roll number and also upload all the educational certificates in the specified format and then click on the “Submit & Continue” button to move to the next step.

Step 5: Preview of Application Form

After entering all the details mentioned in the above steps, applicants can take a preview of their Bihar DECE LE application form 2026 before making the final submission. In this step, if there is any discrepancy that comes to their notice, they can make necessary changes before moving to the next step. Step 6: Exam/Counselling Fee Payment

Bihar DECE LE 2026 Application Form Important Instructions

Applicants filling up the Bihar DECE LE 2026 application form must keep note of the following instructions.

• Every student must have their own valid Email ID and phone number.
• Applicants must keep their Aadhar Card handy while filling out the application form.
• Scanned copies of their photograph and Hindi and English signatures below 100 KB should be kept in advance.
• For payment of the application fee, credit card/debit card / net banking/UPI facilities have to be availed. 
• There is no need to send the application form confirmation page to the council office. It is only mandatory to provide the form at the time of the DECE LE counselling process, so applicants should keep this form with them. 
• There is no facility for change/modification of the DECE LE application form after the final submission; only changes can be made once the DECE LE application correction window opens. 
• Applicants cannot withdraw their application form after submission or request any refund of the fees. 
• Aspirants should not wait for the last date to make the application/ counselling fee payment. The Board will not be responsible for the internet or banking disruptions. 
• Corrections in the application form can be made only by the applicants who have completed the process along with the submission of the fees.
