• For the Master’s Programme in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology: Candidates should have appeared and cleared the JNU entrance examination for the same.
• For Ph.D Programs in Agronomy and Plant Pathology: Should have appeared for ICAR and qualified the ICAR entrance examination.
• For Master Programmes in MBA/ MBA (Agribusiness): Candidates must have qualified for the CAT and CMAT score and Group Discussion and an Interview conducted by the University.
• For MTech.Programmes: GATE qualifying marks in the subject (Major) in which admission is sought would be considered, and then B.Tech result marks. ICAR entrance test marks would be considered for other State candidates.
• For the MCA Programme: GBPUAT exam 2024 would be conducting a university-level entrance exam. Interested candidates willing to take admission should clear this GBPUAT 2024 exam.

The students will be able to download GBPUAT Admit Card 2024 once it is released on the official website. The GBPUAT 2024 admit cards can be downloaded online after entering the Candidate's name, Date of Birth and Registration number. There is no other way of receiving the GBPUAT 2024 admit card as the same will not be sent by the GBPUAT exam 2024 conducting body through post. The students must download the admit card of GBPUAT 2024 exam within the stipulated time frame. The candidates must carry the original downloaded GBPUAT admit card 2024 on the day of examination in order to appear for GBPUAT 2024 entrance exam. Photocopy of admit card will not be accepted. 

However, in case a candidate fails to get an GBPUAT exam 2024 Admit Card due to any cause or has lost, a replica of Admit Card can be acquired from the Superintendent of the Entrance Examination at the respective Centre of his/her examination. They will have to deposit a fine for the same. The GBPUAT admit card 2024 contains the details of the candidate as well as the examination center with timings of the exam. • For Undergraduate- If two or more than two candidates secure equal marks, the end result shall be determined on the basis of marks secured in Mental Agility then Physics, Chemistry and thereafter marks secured in the qualifying examination.
• For Postgraduate/Masters- In the case of two or greater candidates securing equal marks the result shall be determined on the basis of marks secured in the Aptitude Test and then qualifying examination.
• For Ph.D - If marks secured by two or more candidates are the same, the end result would be determined on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination.

The cut-off marks for GBPUAT 2024 and the ranks of the selected candidates would be declared with the results of the GBPUAT 2024 entrance examination. The students who have been selected as per the GB PUAT 2024 cutoff marks will then be called for GBPUAT 2024 Counselling.

There are certain seats reserved through GBPUAT 2024 reservation as mentioned in the table given below. In case any seat reserved for a particular category for Ph.D. programs remains vacant after counseling sessions, then the same seat can be converted for General Category seats and the same can be filled accordingly from the students who are waitlisted in the General Category.

The allocation of seats for various disciplines is done through the process of GBPUAT Counselling 2024. The candidates who have qualified the GBPUAT exam 2024 and have acquired cut off marks for the course they are willing to take admission will be allowed to attend the GBPUAT 2024 counseling session. The GBPUAT 2024 entrance exam counseling process happens in multiple rounds as long as the seats are vacant for any courses. 

• The counseling would continue until the last seat in every program is filled up.
• The candidates are advised to check the website of the University regularly for any update for counseling dates. No separate letter would be sent to candidates.
• Schedule for GBPUAT 2024 entrance examination counselling would be notified in the newspapers.
• The candidates must report at the counseling venue as per the schedule given in the counselling letter for checking of relevant documents and depositing fees once the seats are allocated to them.
• Those candidates who do not turn up at their scheduled time would be given a chance at the end of the day. It is advisable that one must report on time to get the desired course and the college.
