Aspirants who are preparing for the examination must have an idea of the examination pattern KVPY 2022. KVPY Exam Pattern 2022 for SA Stream

 KVPY Exam Pattern 2022 for SA Stream is mentioned below:

• The question paper consists of four subjects and they are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics
• The question paper comprises of two parts. Part-I has 60 questions and Part II has 20 questions.
• For all the four subjects distribution of questions is the same in Part-I (Physics -15 Questions Chemistry 15 Questions, Biology 15 Questions, and Mathematics 15 Questions) and Part-II (Each Subject 5 Questions).
• The duration of the examination is 3 hours.
• All the questions are compulsory.
• The medium of the question paper is bilingual (English and Hindi)
• Every correct answer in Part-I carries ONE MARK and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
• Every correct answer in Part-II carries TWO MARK and for every wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted.
• KVPY SA examination is conducted for 100 marks and each subject carries 25 marks.

KVPY Exam Pattern 2022 for SB/SX Stream is mentioned below:

• The question paper consists of four subjects and they are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics
• The question paper comprises of two parts. Part-I has 80 questions and Part II has 20 questions.
• For all the four subjects distribution of questions is the same in Part-I (Physics -20 Questions Chemistry 20 Questions, Biology 20 Questions, and Mathematics 20 Questions).
• In Part-I candidates can attempt any 3 sections. (3X20=60)
• In  Part-II, each subject consists of 10 Questions
• In Part-II, candidates can attempt any 2 sections. (2X20=40)
• The duration of the examination is 3 Hours.
• The medium of the question paper is bilingual (English and Hindi)
• Every correct answer in Part-I carries ONE MARK and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
• Every correct answer in Part-II carries TWO MARK and for every wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted.
• KVPY SB/SX examination is conducted for 100 marks and each subject carries 25 marks.
