• Step 1: Candidates have to first pay the application fee for the desired course as per their respective category
• Step 2: After successfully paying the application fee, check the payment status whether its accepted or it is still in process
• Step 3: Once the application fee is paid successfully and it is accepted, candidates can now proceed to fill up the application form
• Step 4: After filling up the application form, preview the form and check for any errors 
• Step 5: Upon detailed cross-verification of the application form click on the "Submit" button
• Step 6: Once the form is submitted, take a printout of the same for future reference and submission at the time of counselling.

The list of documents required to be uploaded while filling the application form are as follows: 

• Matriculation Certificate
• Mark sheets of all the semesters/years of the qualifying degree
• Certificate of reservation for SC/ST
• Certificate of sponsorship
• Certificate of reservation for EWS category
• Certificate of reservation and certificate of income (showing non-creamy layer status of the OBC candidates
• Undertaking from the Candidates in lieu of non-submission of any reservation document
• Certificate of disability
• Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card
• Sponsorship certificate
• Passport size photograph
• Signature

Details Required while Filling Application Form of NIPER JEE 2026

The following details have to be handy before filling the application form:

• Personal information (name, date of birth, email, mobile number etc.)
• Address for communication (including PIN code)
• Qualifying degree details (Marks, College name and address, Postal Code)
• Candidates must submit their GPAT/GATE/NET rank and scorecard if they have qualified and possess a scorecard.
• Scanned copy of Aadhar card/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License
• Choice of examination centers
• Good quality image of your photograph
• Good quality image of your signature

Important Instructions Regarding NIPER JEE Application Fee

Candidates can check the important instructions related to NIPER JEE appliation fee 2026 here. 

• Candidates can pay the application fee through a Credit or Debit card or Net banking or E-challan.
• In the case of E-challan, it will take 48 hours to reflect since the bank date gets captured during that duration.
• Once the payment of the application fee is done, a confirmation page will appear, wherein towards the end one needs to initiate a digital signature.
• Candidates are required to upload their photo ID proof and Address proof, Tenth, and Twelfth Mark sheet, Reservation certificate (if applicable), Medical certificate (if applying under the handicapped category), valid GATE, GPAT or NET Scorecard (if applicable), and Passport-sized Photograph.
• The signature of the candidate is required, although it should be digital.
• After completing the application form, candidates have to take a printout of the same.
• To complete the application procedure, candidates must send the printout of the application form to the following address.
