UGC NET 2020 Admit Card

The UGC NET 2020 admit card for June examination will be released on 15th May 2020. The National Eligibility Test (NET) is scheduled to be conducted from 15th to 20th June 2020 for determining the eligibility of the candidates as Assistant Professor and awarding Junior Research Fellowship Programme (JRF). Candidates appearing in this examination must have their admit card as without the hall ticket they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

UGC NET (June) 2020 admit card can be accessed through the direct link mentioned below or by visiting the official website of the exam. As and when NTA releases the admit card for UGC NET 2020 exam, the direct link to check & download the same will be updated here.

The admit card is issued to only those who successfully registered for the exam by providing complete information in the application form of UGC NET and have paid the application fee within the stipulated time. As soon as candidates get access to their respective to admit cards, they should cross-check all the details mentioned on them.

On the examination day, all the candidates must carry UGC NET Admit Card along with one valid Photo ID proof (Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence or Passport). Without these documents, candidates will not be granted entry into the exam hall.

How to Download UGC NET 2020 Admit Card

  • Click on the direct link mentioned above to download the UGC NET admit card 2020.
  • A new page will open where you will be required to fill important fields denoting Application Number, Captcha code and Password.
  • Once you enter all the credentials correctly then click on the tab that says 'Submit'.
  • Your UGC NET 2020 Admit Card will appear on the screen.
  • Take a printout and save a soft copy as well for future reference.

Important Instructions for UGC NET 2020 Admit Card

  • As soon as you get access to your Admit Card, remember to verify the details mentioned on it.
  • The admit card will not be available offline. No other means of acquiring the Admit Card will be available. 
  • It is mandatory for you to carry the Admit Card to the examination venue, as no candidates will be allowed without the UGC NET Admit Card.
  • You must carry the Admit Card as a hard copy, printed on an A4 sheet to the examination center.
  • Remember to keep your UGC NET Hall Ticket in a good condition, as it is a document that will be asked at every stage of UGC NET 2020 process. Most importantly if the Admit Card is not in a condition then your entry to the examination hall might also be restricted.
  • It is also mandatory for you to produce an Identity Proof along with your Admit Card to the exam venue. You might be restricted from appearing in the examination if you fail to produce your ID Proof.
  • You must preserve the admit card post the examination.

ID Documents Required with UGC NET 2020 Admit Card

One of the most important and vital documents accompanying the Admit Card of UGC NET 2020 is the ID Proof with candidates photograph on it. Candidates must also remember to get a valid proof of identification approved by the Government of India or any Governmental Organisation. It is very important for candidates to check the details mentioned on the Admit Card, as any wrong information printed on the Admit Card might discard the candidates from appearing in the examination.
