Candidates appearing for the UGC NET exam can make a note of the following important points -
Primarily, it is important to verify all details printed on the NTA UGC NET admit card, such as name, date of birth, etc.
The admit card will not be available offline. No other means of acquiring the Admit Card will be available.
You must carry the UGC NET admit card to the examination venue, as no candidates will be allowed without the NTA UGC NET Admit Card.
You must carry the NTA NET Admit Card as a hard copy, printed on an A4 sheet to the examination center. A colour printout is preferable, not compulsory.
It is important to preserve the admit card till the announcement of UGC NET Results 2025 and the receipt of the E-Eligibility Certificate
It is also mandatory to carry identity Proof along with the admit card to the exam venue.
Kindly note that entry without UGC NET admit card 2025 and valid ID proof is strictly prohibited.

Candidates appearing for the UGC NET exam must note that the exam is conducted in two shifts, viz., Shift 1 & 2. The reporting time for each shift is as follows -
