CEE AMPAI WB 2026 Counselling

The counselling process of CEE AMPAI 2026 for shortlisted students is expected to begin 15 days after the declaration of the result and merit list to complete the admission process. The CEE AMPAI 2026 results are expected to be released in August 2026. The results will be declared online a few weeks after the exam, accessible through login credentials. Qualified students can then join the CEE AMPAI 2026 counselling process for admission to participating institutes.

During the CEE AMPAI 2026 counselling, students need to report to the counselling venue to register and choose their preferred colleges and courses. Seats will be assigned based on each student’s merit, choices, and seat availability. All selected students must complete their admission process by the final date.

The Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes (AMPAI), commonly known as ‘AMPAI’, organises an offline counselling session for students who have successfully qualified in CEE AMPAI WB 2026. The counselling process will take place in Kolkata tentatively in September 2026. The date and venue of the counselling process shall be announced on the official website of AMPAI.

CEE AMPAI WB 2026 Counselling Procedure

The step-wise CEE AMPAI WB 2026 Counselling procedure has been described below for the reference of students:

• The CEE AMPAI 2026 counselling form can be downloaded from the official website.
• A non-refundable counselling fee of INR 200/- is to be paid in the form of a Demand Draft/Pay Order payable at Kolkata and drawn in favour of 'Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes' or 'AMPAI'.
• Demand Draft/Pay Order has to be given at the time of counselling with the student’s Name, Roll Number and Rank on the back side.
• The order of counselling for the merit-listed students of CEE AMPAI 2026 WB B.Pharm and B.Tech courses, i.e. the order by which the students are called for choice filling and subsequent allocation of seats, is as follows: 
• Sikh Minority students
• Other students as per General Merit Rank
• The appearance of rank in the counselling schedule does not guarantee a seat in any Institute. Counselling is stopped for allotment of seats as soon as the last vacant seat is filled.
• A student failing to appear before the counselling officials at the allotment counter on the scheduled date and time in the order of their position in the merit list due to delays on his/her part may be allowed to appear before the counselling officials after verifying the testimonials regarding eligibility norms for consideration for allotment of seat in any Institute available at that instant only irrespective of their rank.
• Students may seek Provisional Admission to their allotted Institutes by providing a Demand draft of the amount INR 20,000/- only in favour of 'Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes' or 'AMPAI', payable at Kolkata.
•  No request for a refund of the provisional admission fee is entertained.
• Modification of the counselling schedule may possibly be brought under the circumstances.
• Students are required to enrol in the allotted Institute within the date as specified in the allotment letter.
• Any student present in the counselling with fake documents/ testimonials will not be considered for admission.

CEE AMPAI 2026 Counselling Fee

To attend counselling, you must pay a non-refundable counselling fee of INR 200. This fee should be paid using a Demand Draft or Pay Order. It needs to be made out to “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes” or “AMPAI,” and should be purchased from any bank located in Kolkata. 

Please remember to bring this Demand Draft or Pay Order with you on the day of counselling. Don’t forget to write your name, roll number, and rank on the back.
