AMUEE 2021 Counselling

The AMUEE 2021 counselling will be conducted once the AMUEE 2021 result is released. Candidates qualifying in the entrance exam are called to participate in the AMUEE 2021 counselling. Candidates participating in the counselling must note that as per rank, category, filled choices and availability of seats, seat allotment is done.

AMUEE 2021 Detailed Counselling Process

Step 1: Online Registration

For participating in the counselling rounds, qualified candidates have to register themselves on the official website. The AMUEE 2021 registration can be done in online mode.

Step 2: Choice filling

Once online registration is done, then qualified candidates have to choose their preference from the available seats, and lock their preferences.

Step 3: Document Verification

This step involves the verification of the documents at the allotted venue. Along with the original documents, qualified candidates have to be present in the prescribed date and time, as candidates are not allowed to participate in the further rounds of counselling without the document verification.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

Once the documents of qualified candidates are verified, then, accordingly the seats are allotted to the candidates. The seat allocation is done on the basis of candidate’s rank and filled choices. After final seat allotment, candidates are provided with the provisional seat allotment letter for taking admission in the allotted college.

Step 5: Reporting to Allotted College

In this step, qualified candidates have to report to the allotted college along with the provisional seat allotment letter for admission purposes.

Step 6: Fee Submission

To complete the AMUEE 2021 counselling, qualified candidates have to pay the counselling fee via cash or through DD from a Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU Aligarh, payable at Aligarh.

Documents Required for AMUEE Counselling 2021

Qualifying candidates have to participate in the counselling process of AMUEE 2021 and are required to be present physically at the allotted centres with the following documents:

• Original mark sheets of 10th and 12th

• Rank Card of Entrance Test

• Admit card of counselling

• Transfer certificate

• Migration certificate

• Character certificate

• Admission Fee Demand Draft (DD)

• Caste Certificate

• Physically Challenged Certificate (If Any)

• Medical suitability document

• Merit Card.

• Birth Certificate

• 10 Passport size photographs
