Here are some crucial details about the admit card:

• Reporting Time and Entry Formalities: Candidates must follow the reporting time to complete entry formalities, including frisking and verification processes (biometrics, identification, and inspection of admit card, ID proof, photograph, signature, etc.) before entering the exam hall.
• Exam Centre Location: It's advisable to find the AFCAT exam centre a day before the exam to avoid any issues on the exam day.
• Passport-Size Photographs: Bring two passport-size color photographs, similar to the one uploaded during the online application.
• Ballpoint Pen: Carry a ballpoint pen (blue or black) for signing on the attendance sheet and for any rough work during the exam.

How to Retrieve/Reset Password for AFCAT Admit Card?

The candidates have to follow these simple steps to retrieve or reset the AFCAT password:

• Visit the official website of AFCAT - afcat.cdac.in

• Click on "Candidate Login" tab

• In the "Login" menu, click on "Forgot Password"

• A new page will appear on the computer screen which will ask for the candidates' email address like this:

• The candidates will also be asked to choose a password recovery option such as 'OTP on Email' or 'OTP on SMS'.

• Next step is to enter the OTP received on email or SMS.

• Then the candidates have to solve the Captcha code and click on the "Submit" button.

• The candidates have to then enter the new password.

• Lastly, visit the admit card login page again and use the new credentials to download the AFCAT admit card 2023.

AFCAT 2024 Dress Code Guidelines

The AFCAT exam requires a formal dress code. Candidates must wear closed-toe shoes and no jewellery or other accessories are permitted. Men should dress formally, with a formal shirt and pants and a tie. Women should dress formally in a formal dress or skirt and shirt.

The dress code is strongly enforced, and applicants who do not follow it will be denied access to the exam. Here are some additional tips for dressing for the AFCAT exam:

• Candidates must wear flat-heeled slippers or sandals. Shoes and other closed footwear are not permitted in exam halls.
• Large-buttoned clothing is also not authorised.
• Make sure your clothes are clean and well-ironed.
• Those who wear religious dress will be compelled to appear in the exam hall for obligatory frisking.
• Rings, earrings, nose pins, chains/necklaces, pendants, badges, brooches, and other accessories are not permitted to be worn during the exam.
• Tobacco and alcoholic beverages are absolutely forbidden on the exam facility grounds.
