After the result declaration of BHU UET 2021, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will begin the BHU UET 2021 counselling for all the qualified candidates who wish to pursue Undergraduate courses from the University. The counselling process of BHU UET 2021 will be conducted in online mode and candidates will have to undergo three stages to finalize their admissions – entering online option, allotment of seat, reporting at the college allotted. As a part of the counselling process of BHU UET 2021, candidates will have to do online option filling and then produce relevant documents for the verification process.
In order to participate in the BHU UET 2021 counselling, shortlisted candidates will be required h to download their call letters which they will be able to access with their Roll number and Date of Birth. It must be noted by the candidates that the BHU UET 2021 counselling process will be done on the basis of rank and category of the candidate. Once the counselling procedure has been done, the University will start allocating seats to the candidates in their respective courses.

To participate in the counselling process of BHU UET 2021, candidates can go through the step-by-step counselling process that has been listed below:
Online Preference Entry:
Candidates will have to fill online preference entry to participate in the BHU UET 2021 counselling process. The university will release electronic call letters for the candidates and they will be informed about the call letters through an SMS and an E-mail. In order to access the call letters of BHU UET 2021, candidates will have to login to ‘candidate segment’ on the entrance test portal and fill in the online preference entries. It must be noted by the candidates that they must not leave any options blank as the computer will assume that the candidate has not listed his/ her preferences.
Seat Allotment Process of BHU UET:
Once after candidate fills and submits the online preference entries, the candidates will be called to attend the counselling session rank-wise and the seat allotment process will begin for the candidates. On the basis of the candidate’s merit in the entrance test, preferences, and seat availability, the seat allotment will take place. As a part of BHU UET 2021 seat allotment process, candidates will have to sign an attendance sheet, once they have reported to the counselling venue on the specified date.
Final Admission and Reporting at the Institute:
The last step of BHU UET 2021 counselling process is reporting at the institute. Candidates can pay the admission fee in both online through Credit/ Debit card as well as offline mode via cash at counters in the counselling venue. Candidates failing to pay the fees will cancel candidates’ admissions to the programme.

Certificate of 10th class or equivalent
Mark sheet of 10th class exam
Certificate of 12th class or equivalent
Mark sheet of 10 + 2 class qualifying exam
Admit Card of BHU UET 2021
Transfer/ Migration certificate (should be carried in case of the university except BHU)
Sports category certificate for candidates from sports quota.
Certificate issued by Central Registry for sons/ daughters of permanent employees/ re-employed/ retired/ deceased employees of Banaras Hindu University

The counselling of BHU UET is conducted on the basis of various factors, the availability of the seat, BHU UET merit list, choices or preferences of the candidates.
Candidates will have to satisfy BHU UET eligibility criteria in order to be shortlisted for BHU UET counselling 2021.
Once candidates are shortlisted for the counselling process of BHU UET, they will be sent electronic call letters in their registered accounts. They may receive information via SMS or E-mail.
On the day of counselling of BHU UET, candidates will be required to verify their documents to the allotted venue and faculty head or in charge of BHU UET 2021 will be responsible for verifying their documents submitted on the counselling day.
