Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducted the BHU UET 2019 entrance exam for aspirants who want to pursue B.A LL.B (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). BHU UET 2019 was conducted in offline mode from 12th May 2019 to 16th May 2019 in 40+ cities across the country. The test takers who spoke to CollegeDekho after the exam said that except the General Knowledge section, the rest of the paper was smooth and painless. Overall, the BHU UET 2019 exam was much easier compared to similar other Law Entrance exams.
BHU UET 2019 exam paper consisted of 150 questions in MCQ format. The candidates were allowed 120 minutes (2 Hours) to try and complete the entire paper. Maximum marks of BHU UET 2019 exam was 450 marks. The candidates will be awarded 3 marks for each correct attempt while 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong entry. BHU UET 2019 questions were based on English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Legal Aptitude. The most difficult section of BHU UET 2019 exam
Most of the questions were related to static GK
Questions were also asked from Ancient, Medieval and Modern History
Some of the questions were also from CLAT previous year paper
Lengthy and time-consuming as there were some unexpected questions
The students found the English section easy compared to the previous year
The students are confident of scoring good marks in this section

The BHU UET 2019 Mathematics section was also very easy

There were approximately 10 questions which were asked to test the legal knowledge of the candidates
Some of the questions were directly from previous year BHU UET paper
There were a few tricky questions in this section as well which required out of the box approach to solving them
The overall difficulty level of the BHU UET 2019 entrance exam was easy except the General Knowledge & Current Affairs and Legal Aptitude section which was a bit difficult. The students also noticed a deviation in the BHU UET 2019 exam pattern from the previous year. Compared to other Law Entrance exams, the students found BHU UET 2019 to be the easiest of all. Expert suggests that the BHU UET 2019 cutoff marks are expected to go a bit higher than usual. They also feel that the BHU UET 2019 General Knowledge section will decide the candidate's fate this year.
