Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 Application Form (Postponed)

The Bihar B.Ed CET application form 2024 release has been postponed. Earlier the application form was slated to be issued on April 9, 2024. As per the latest notice, the conducting authority will announce the revised schedule and the new exam date later. How to apply for Bihar BEd CET 2024-25?

Here are the major steps of the Bihar BEd CET 2024-25 application process -

Registration for Bihar B.Ed CET application 2024

• Aspirants must hit down the Login button on the home page of biharcetbed-lnmu.in.
• Candidates will be directed to a new page with an Applicant Login box. Below the login tab, they need to open the link with the tab - “New Registration”. 

• Once they press down the New Registration tab, they will get a registration form, where they have to provide their details. Fields for mandatory data must be filled by the registrants. 
• After filling out the registration form, candidates can click the Signup tab to finish the registration process.
• Applicants must note that the data submitted during the registration cannot be edited later. Hence they must make sure to avoid making any errors in the registration form.

Activation and validation of Registration

• Once the candidates submit their details for registration, they will get a confirmation message on the computer screen. 
• Additionally, they will be sent an email to the registered email address and a validation code on the registered mobile number. This email will consist of an activation link. They should click on the activation link to confirm their registration, by submitting the validation code. 
• Once successful validation is completed, the candidates will be approved to log in and directed to the “My Application section”.

Filling Up the Application Form

• After activation and validation of their registration, they can log in to the application portal. After they log in, they will be able to visit the Dashboard page.
• On the dashboard page, they will have to open the “My Application” tab, choose the ”course name” and click on the proceed option.
• Once done, the confirmation pop-up will come and candidates have to click on the “Add the Course button”. 
• As they do so, the Application Status page will be displayed and there they can see the status and start filling out the application form and save the same.

Photo and Signature Upload

• In the next step, they have to upload the image file of their scanned passport-size coloured photograph and signature.
• The scanned passport-size image must be within 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size. The resolution must be within 100 dpi and the image file size must be less than 100 KB.

Add Educational Details

• Once the candidates upload the required images, they have to hit the 'Save and Proceed' button at the end of the page and move to the next section of “Educational Details for B.Ed”.
• Here they are required to add their educational information and hit the 'Save' button.

Add Exam Centre 

• After the candidates upload educational data, the exam centre preference page will come up.
• On the exam centre page, they have to pick up 3 exam centre options and save the same.
• Once completed, the applicants will see the form as a screenshot on the “Preview and Confirm” page. 
• They will get all the details that they have filled in the Bihar BEd application 2024. If they find all particulars correct, then they press down the “I Confirm the Above” and submit the form.

General Instructions for Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 Application

Here are the significant instructions to be followed while filling out the application for Bihar B.Ed CET 2024-

• The candidates must fill in the full name as it appears on their High School diploma or equivalent examinations. They should add no honorific titles to their name, such as Shri/Shrimati/Kumari/Sushree/Doctor.
• Fill in the father's and mother's names according to the official instructions.
• Fill in the Date of Birth in the YYYY/MM/DD format as it appears on their High School/Secondary or other examination certificates.
• Enter a valid email address. OTP will be provided to their Email ID, which they must use to verify their Email address.
• Once they provide their mobile number, an OTP will be provided to their mobile number, which they must use to verify their mobile number.
• If the applicant is a Bihar resident, select the 'Bihar' option in the State Category.
• If the candidate is not a Bihar resident, they will not be eligible for reservation privileges.
• Applicants must furnish their Aadhar/Voter ID/DL/PAN/Passport numbers for identification.
• Applicants must include their complete postal address and name in any correspondence.
• Applicants must select three cities for the entrance exam. LNMU will assign them a centre based on this.
• They must read the instructions and declaration carefully, and then click on the declaration statement.
• A completed application form, cracking the CET-BEd, or receiving counselling does not guarantee admission to the B.Ed programme. Upon completing the above processes, the candidates will be admitted if all of the original mark sheets and certificates have been validated.
• Keep a copy of the online application and registration information for future use.
