GSAT application form 2021 can be downloaded from the official website of GITAM University. The interested students can apply directly for GSAT 2021 or GITAM SAT 2021 through the direct link provided below.

Applicants can also obtain the GSAT 2021 application form by sending a letter to the Principal requesting for the application form as well as download it from the official website of GITAM University. Applicants must mention their name with the complete mailing address, along with a Demand Draft of INR 550 (inclusive of exam fee INR 500) drawn in favour of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.

Note:

• The request for GSAT 2021 application form via post is accepted until the end of April month in 2021 (tentative).

• Candidates applying for more than one exam have to submit a separate application along with the prescribed fee of INR 500 for each exam.

• The application fee for 5- year Integrated M.Sc. Chemistry is INR 500/-.

Steps to Fill GSAT Application Form 2021

Step 1: Filling of GSAT 2021 Application Form:

• In this step, applicants have to fill their basic details such as their Name, Name of their Parent /Guardian, Date of Birth etc.

• After entering the basic details, applicants are required to enter their examination details such as Stream, Percentage,  Marks and Group of subjects.and communicational details including the address of communication, mobile number and E-mail ID.

Step 2: Uploading of Photograph and Signature

• As part of the GSAT 2021 application process, applicants are required to upload their Photograph and Signature as per the specifications.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

• The GSAT 2021 application fee should be paid by Demand Draft in favour of GITAM University that is payable in all banks of Visakhapatnam.
• Filled in applications along with attested copies of the required certificates and the prescribed fee of INR 500/- should reach the Principal, GITAM Institute of Science, GITAM, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530 045, A.P., India.

Documents Required for Applying For GSAT 2021

• Birth Certificate of SSC / ICSE/CBSE / Matriculation certificate

• 10th/12th Certificate

• Degree/Provisional certificate of the course completed (for PG applicants). In case, an applicant is in the final year, he/she can submit a Bonafide certificate from the college.

• Caste Certificate issued by the authority.

• Medical Certificate for applicants applying under Physically Handicapped Category.
