Candidates planning for the ICAR AIEEA examination must first know how to apply for ICAR AIEEA 2020. The ICAR AIEEA is an examination that is taken up by the aspirants seeking admission in the undergraduate and postgraduate agricultural programmes in the institutions around the nation. The ICAR AIEEA 2020 application form was made available for the applicants through online mode. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the ICAR AIEEA 2020 under the guidance of Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) and the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. NTA has clearly defined all the details on its official website for interested applicants. It is advised to follow the steps as prescribed by the concerned authority in order to avoid any kinds of mistakes and miss outs.

Candidates are required to fill the correct details in the application form of ICAR AIEEA 2020. As part of the ICAR AIEEA 2020 application process, candidates have to fill all the mandatory details in the application form, pay the required application fee and upload the scanned copy of Signature, Photograph and take the printout of completely filled-in application form for further use. Steps to Fill ICAR AIEEA 2020 Application Form

The ICAR AIEEA applicants must know that the entire process of application form procedure will be done following four easy steps. These steps will help candidates to go through the form filling stage in an easy and quick way. Given below are these steps for the aspirants of this national level examination.

Step 1

  • The first step is to fill the application form. To do so candidates will have to first register themselves on the official website of NTA.

  • For successful registration, aspirants will have to add the asked details and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

  • With this, the candidates will gain access of logging into the official site of NTA and get the application form.

  • After this candidates will be able to fill in the application form with the requisite details.

  • With the submission of the application form, a system generated application number will be sent to the candidates.

  • The number must be noted down by the aspirants for further use.

Step 2

  • In the second stage, the candidates will have to upload the asked images.

  • For this, they will first have to scan these images and check the format and size as defined by NTA and upload it at the required place following the required procedure.

  • These documents are the photograph and signature of the candidates. The details of the format have been given below.

Step 3

  • In step 3 candidates will have to make required payment using their credit card or debit card or net banking system.

  • They must use the SBI / Syndicate / ICICI / HDFC Payment Gateway(s).

  • Applicants can also pay through e-challan generated from the above-mentioned Payment Gateway(s).

  • For General, OBC and UPS category candidates, the application fee is INR 700, whereas SC/ ST/ PH/ Transgender category candidates the fee is INR 350.

  • It is important to keep proof of fee paid until the entire process gets over.

Step 4

  • Once all the procedure is successfully over, a confirmation page will pop up.

  • The applicants must then take a print out of this confirmation page generated on their screen.

  • At least three copies must be printed to be on a safer side.

  • Applicants must also know that all of these four steps can be done together or separately at different times as per their choice and convenience.

Documents Required to be Uploaded

Signature:

Digital Signatures are required to be attached in the application form in 3.5*1.5 cm (specification) and the file size should be between 4kb - 30kb in JPG/JPEG format.

Photograph:

Scanned Photograph is required to be uploaded in 3.5*4.5 cm (specification). The image size must not exceed 200kb and should be between 10kb - 200kb. 

Candidate’s Thumb Impression:

  • The specification for the Thumb Impression is 3.5*1.5 cm.

  • Left Thumb Impression is required for Males.

  • Right Thumb Impression is required for Females.

Upload Handwriting Proof:

Candidates are required to write in running handwriting the underlined part of the declaration and the same should be scanned and uploaded.

Note: Passport size image file should have a size less than 100 KB and must be in jpeg format.

ICAR AIEEA 2020 Important Instructions

  • Candidates must know that they can only apply through online mode. Forms submitted through any mode will not be accepted by the test conducting authority.

  • One applicant can submit only one application form for one programme. Multiple forms will be subject to rejection from the authority’s end.

  • It is important for the aspirants to follow the rules and instructions as prescribed on the NTA website and on the Information Bulletin. The ones not following the instruction will be disqualified from the examination.

  • It is a must for the candidates to submit their correct and valid contact details like phone number and email address, as all the information will be circulated through the same.

  • Applicants must ensure to complete step 2 and step 3 as these two are mandatory steps that can not be avoided. Doing so will keep the ICAR AIEEA application form incomplete and candidates will not be considered as eligible for appearing in the examination.

  • The application fee once submitted will not be refunded by any means. Candidates must make sure that the payment has been done only after their decision of given the entrance is confirmed and determined.

  • The documents that are to be attached in the form must be in the correct format and size as defined by NTA. No other means of submitting the images or the asked documents will be accepted.

  • A regular visit to the NTA website is a must, in order to acquire the latest information regarding the examination.

  • The ICAR AIEEA application form must contain all the valid and correct information of the candidates. Wrong information might lead to the cancellation candidature.

  • No test taker will be entertained inside the examination without a valid ID proof and ICAR AIEEA admit card.

  • On the day examination, candidates are not supposed to carry any gadgets or device or documents other than the ICAR AIEEA admit card and ID proof. The ones caught with unwanted documents will be liable for the cancellation of candidature along with punishment as per the level of offence committed.
