How to Apply for ICAR AIEEA 2018

ICAR AIEEA UG 2018 application form was released on 18th May 2018. The application form of ICAR AIEEA UG 2018 was available in both online and offline mode. For online mode, candidates had to fill the application form on the official website of ICAR, whereas candidates obtained the offline form from Registrars of Agricultural Universities against application fee payment.

As part of the ICAR AIEEA UG 2018 application process, candidates have to fill all the mandatory details in the application form, pay the required application fee and upload scanned copy of Signature, Photograph and Thumb Impression, which then must be sent to the official address of ICAR.

Steps to Fill ICAR AIEEA UG 2018 Application Form

Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill the online application form:

• Visit the official website of ICAR, i.e. www.icar.org.in

• Select the option that displays 'New Registration'.

• In order to register, candidates have to fill the required details such as Personal details, Qualification details, Communication details, and Subject group offered.

• After filling the details, candidates have to pay the application fee. For General, OBC and UPS category candidates, the application fee is INR 500, whereas SC/ST/PH category candidates have to pay INR 250.

• After paying the application fee, candidates are advised to take a print-out of the filled application form.

• Lastly, candidates should attach the computer-generated confirmation page of the online application and proof of the fee payment, and send the hard copy via Speed Post/Registered Post only at the following address.

Documents Required to be Uploaded

Signature:

Digital Signatures are required to be attached in the application form in 3.5*1.5 cm (specification) and the file size should be maximum of 50 KB.

Photograph:

Scanned Photograph is required to be uploaded in 3.5*4.5 cm (specification).

Candidate’s Thumb Impression:

• The specification for the Thumb Impression is 3.5*1.5 cm.

• Left Thumb Impression is required for Males.

• Right Thumb Impression is required for Females.

Upload Handwriting Proof:

Candidates are required to write in running handwriting the underlined part of the declaration and the same should be scanned and uploaded.

Note: Passport size image file should have a size less than 100 KB and must be in jpeg format.

Offline Application Form

• Candidates can get ICAR AIEEA 2018 offline application form along with the information bulletin from Registrars of Agricultural Universities by making a cash payment or from the prescribed branches of Syndicate Bank.

• The offline application form is going to be available in the eight institutions of ICAR. Candidates can obtain the same by making a payment through a Bank draft.

• After receiving the application form, candidates are required to fill the form manually, paste the Photograph, give the Thumb Impression and attest the documents by signing the application form in the given space.

• After verifying all the details filled in the application form, candidates have to send the application form on the below-mentioned address.
