MAH B.Ed CET 2024 Application Form: The MAH B.Ed CET 2024 application process concluded on February 15, 2024. The exam is being organised from March 4 to March 6. Candidates who completed the application process will be able to download their MAH B.Ed CET 2024 admit cards and appear for the examination.

Documents Required to Fill MAH B.Ed CET 2024 Application Form

While filling the application form for MAH B.Ed CET, the applicants must upload certain documents for verification. The list of documents is given below:

Candidates Photograph: All candidates must upload the scanned copy of the photograph in JPG format. The size of the photo must be of 20Kb to 50Kb.

Candidates Signature. The candidate must also upload a scanned copy of the signature. The size must range between 10 Kb to 20 Kb. The signature must not be in capital letters.

Caste Validity Certificate: Reservedcategory candidates must upload a caste certificate issued by Maharashtra state.

Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Candidates belonging to DT-VJ, NT-1, N.T-2, N.T-3, OBC SBC, and SEBC will have to submit a Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

Guidelines for MAH B.Ed CET 2024 Application Process

Before applying for MAH B.Ed CET 2024, candidates must check out the below guidelines - 

• Aspirants must fill out the application form correctly. If they are applying for multiple courses, then they have to fill out the applications separately for them.
• The hall ticket for MAH B.Ed CET 2024 will be generated only for the particular course for which the candidate filled out the form.
• The candidates must review the eligibility criteria provided in the information brochure on the official website.
• The photographs and signatures they use for the application must be per the prescribed format.
• The candidates must have a valid email address and mobile number which must be kept active during the application and the admission process.
• Those who do not have an email address and mobile phone number must create one before the application process. 
• The applicants must pay the application fees, bank transaction charges or intimation fees.

Specifications for Photograph and Signature Scan and Upload 

Before the application process, aspirants must scan a digital image of their recent photograph and signature as per the criteria given by the conducting authority. Applicants must ensure that the photograph and signature are uploaded at the correct place in the form.

Photograph Image

• The photograph must be a passport-size recent photograph and the picture must be a coloured one.
• The picture must be clicked against a light-coloured or white background, where the aspirants must look straight into the camera with a relaxed face.
• The candidates must ensure there are no shadows, no reflections in the image and the eyes are visible.
• They must not wear photographs with caps, hats or dark glasses. Religious headwear is permitted in the photograph, however, it must not cover their face.
• The image dimension must be 200*230 pixels and the file size be between 20 KB to 50 KB. 

Signature Image

• The candidate must sign with a black ink pen on white paper. The signature must be done by the applicants themselves and not anyone else.
• The candidates will be required to put signatures on the hall ticket, attendance sheet and other documents. They must make sure the signatures match with that printed on the application form. If there is a mismatch, the candidate may be disqualified from the admission process.
• The size for the scanned signature image must be 140 x 60 pixels and the file size between 10 KB to 20 KB. 
• The signature should not be done in capital letters and the scanned image of the same must be clear. 

How to Fill MAH B.Ed CET 2024 Application Form?

Here are the major steps of the MAH B.Ed CET 2024 application process -

Online Application Form Filling and Registration Process for MAH B.Ed CET 2024

• Applicants must visit the CET Cell’s official website and click on the link for the application form.
• They must hit the option named “Apply Online”, which will take them to a new screen.
• To register for the examination, the candidates have to press the “Click here for New Registration" and type their name, details of the address, and email ID.
• The system will generate a provisional registration number and a password. Candidates must note down the provisional registration number and the password and carefully keep the same.
• They will also receive an email and SMS with the details of the Provisional Registration Number and Password.
• If the applicant is not able to complete the application form in one session, then they can save the data by choosing the “Save And Next" tab. 
• Before submitting the application form of MAH B.Ed CET, aspirants are suggested to use the “Save And Next" link and verify the details in the online application form. They can edit the same if needed.
• Aspirants are advised to fill in the details of the form carefully as they will not be able to edit the same after the final submission.
• Applicants' name, their Father’s / Husband’s name should be written correctly in the application form as it is mentioned in the SSC / HSC / equivalent certificates / Mark sheets. 
• Any inaccuracy in the data of the form may lead to the disqualification of the applicant.
• Candidates can validate their filled-in information and then save the same by clicking the  'Validate Your Details' and 'Save & Next' buttons. 
• They can then proceed to the next part of the MAH B.Ed CET application form and move to the signature and photo upload.
• Aspirants can then fill out the other details of the MAH B.Ed CET application form. They can check through the Preview Tab and alter the entire application form before final submission if needed.

Steps for Uploading the Scanned Photograph and Signature  

• Candidates will get two separate links for uploading the Signature and Photograph.
• They must open the respective links and browse and select the scanned photograph or scanned signature image file.
• Once done, they must click the Open or Upload' button.
• Any online application which does not have a scanned photograph or signature will be considered invalid.

Payment of Examination Fees 

• In this step, the aspirants must hit the payment tab and make the payment. Click the submit button.
• The application form of MAH B.Ed CET is integrated with the fee payment gateway.
• The candidates can make the payment by using the Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro) / Credit Cards / Internet Banking / IMPS / Cash Cards / Mobile Wallet. 
• After submitting the payment information in the application form, candidates must wait for the intimation from the server.
• Once the candidates complete the transaction, an e-receipt will come up. 
• If the e-receipt is not generated, then it indicates that the payment was not successful.
• They have to log in again in such cases and make the payment again.
• Aspirants are needed to take a printout of the e-receipt and the application form and preserve the same.
• To make sure the data of the candidates is secured, they must close the browser window once their transaction is done.
• The copies of the MAH B.Ed CET application form, receipt of the fee, and the hall ticket once released must be kept by the candidates for admission purposes.
