The MCAER PGCET exam pattern 2026 will be released by the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) authorities along with the MCAER PGCET 2026 notification. The MCAER PGCET 2026 exam is expected to be held in June 2026. The MCAER PGCET exam pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria, and other important details will be mentioned in the official admission prospectus. The MCAER PGCET 2026 exam pattern will include 200 multiple-choice questions, worth 1 mark each. No negative marking is done. The exam duration is 120 minutes.

Students who are planning to appear for the MCAER PG CET examination must go through the MCAER PG CET syllabus and exam pattern thoroughly beforehand. The MCAER PGCET paper pattern is based on the pen-and-paper format, wherein students will be required to fill out the OMR sheet with either a blue or a black pen. Some important details about the MCAER PG exam pattern 2026 are given as follows:

• The MCAER PGCET question paper will come with a total of 200 multiple-choice questions, where students will be provided with an option of 4 answers as per the MCAER PGCET exam pattern.
• Students must note that there would not be any option or choice for questions. Choices would only be provided for answers as per the exam pattern.
• Students are required to mark the correct attempt by blackening the corresponding circle alongside the Serial Number of the question mentioned in the OMR sheet. 
• It is mandatory to use the black ink ballpoint pen only to mark correct answers as per the MCAER PGCET exam pattern.
• The answer once marked by the aspirants is final. If they make any changes in the option after marking it once, it will amount to an incorrect/ invalid response.
• Scratching, tick mark, overwriting, and numerous answers for one question will be considered incorrect answers, and no marks will be provided to such attempts, as per the exam pattern.
