The MCAER PGCET eligibility criteria 2026 will be issued by the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) in Feburary 2026. The board will release a list of eligible and non-eligible students for MCAER PG 2026 examination on their official website @mcaer.org/admissions.html in April 2026.

For the MCAER PG CET entrance examination, the MAUEB releases provisional and final lists of eligible and non-eligible students. Students can make objections to the provisional lists and submit their grievances to the concerned authorities to be considered for admission. Students who wish to fill out the MCAER PG CET 2026 application form must go through the detailed MCAER PG CET 2026 eligibility criteria beforehand.
As per the revised eligibility criteria for the MCAER PG CET exam, students must have completed their Bachelor’s with a minimum of 5.0 CGPA to be eligible for this entrance examination. Students who were in their final year in the 2025-26 academic session are also eligible to appear for the MCAER PG exam 2026.
The MCAER PGCET eligibility criteria 2026 will be released by the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Education Board (MAUEB), and it will vary according to the course. As per the updated MCAER PGCET eligibility criteria 2026, there is no upper or lower age limit for applying to the MCAER PG 2026 examination. To get admission, students must have completed their Bachelor’s in the aforementioned degrees.

Candidates who have completed graduation from a State other than Maharashtra are required to possess a degree from an ICAR-accredited Agriculture University.
All the degrees mentioned alongside the respective faculties and specializations must be from Agriculture Universities only.
It is crucial for aspirants to have passed the UG degree exam with at least a 5.0 CGPA.
Aspirants must note that all the master’s degree programmes have a minimum duration of 2 years.
Candidates with the required qualifications (mentioned above) and those who took the previous year's degree exam during the academic year 2024-25 are eligible to apply for the exam.
Aspirants studying in the 1st year, 2nd year or 3rd year of the degree programme are not eligible to appear for the entrance test.

Yes, candidates even from outside Maharashtra can also apply for MCAER CET 2025. Candidates from other states needed to pay an application fee of INR 800 per MCAER PG CET exam. Students who want to fill out the application form must fulfil the age-wise as well as educational eligibility criteria.
