NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form Overview

NCHMCT JEE application form 2024 extended/revised correction window date is now OVER, which was open from April 9 to 12, 2024. The last date for NCHMCT JEE 2024 registration was April 7, 2024 (Over), previously, the last form submission date was March 31, 2024. Only students who successfully fill out the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form will be able to appear for the exam on May 11, 2024. Only registered students can log in with their account details using the direct link below for future required activities:

The NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form was released on February 9, 2024, along with the detailed exam schedule on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA). NCHMCT JEE is conducted to select students for admission in IHMs and other renowned institutes in BSc Hospitality & Hotel Administration. Applicants who have completed their class XII examination or are appearing for their XIIth boards from a recognised board are eligible to fill out the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form. • A system with good internet connectivity

• All required mark sheets or Degree certificates such as 10th, 12th or any other higher qualification).

How to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form?

The detailed process for filling and submitting the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application is explained below -

Step 1: Registration:

• Click on the official website of NCHMCT i.e https://ntanchm.nic.in/ntanchmcms/public/home.aspx

• On the homepage click on the link ‘Fill Application Form’

• After clicking on the appropriate link, register yourself by providing asked details such as basic details (Name, Date of Birth), contact details, choose password and password specifications, security pin.

• Upon final submission, a confirmation page appears with User ID/Application Number and Password.

Step 2: Complete the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form:

• Now, you can login with the system generated Application Number/User ID and created Password for completing the Application Form.

• In this step, you have to fill the following details mentioned below:

  • Personal details such as  Date of Birth, Gender, Age, Nationality, Marital status, Parents’ Name, and Correspondence Address, postal address, select state of residence, category, a person with disability, nationality, are you a Kashmiri migrant, Contact details etc

• Next, you have to fill education details such as class 10, Class 12, the name of examination and Board/University, year of passing/appearing, status of examination (pass/ fail), marks details, choice of centre (The applicant has the provision of selecting 4 NCHMCT JEE Exam Centers)

• After verifying all the above-mentioned information, you have to click on 'I Agree' tab and then click on 'Final Submit' tab.

Step 3: Uploading of Documents:

• In this step, you have to upload scanned images of your recent passport-sized photograph in the prescribed format.

Note: It must be noted that the facility of correct in uploading of photographs and signatures will not be entertained.

Step 4- Payment of Fees for NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form

• You are required to pay the requisite application fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan. There is a separate application fee of NCHMCT JEE for each category. 

After successfully filling the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form, applicants must take a print out of the application form for future use.

Step 5-Confirmation Page

• In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the applicant's account. However, the applicant has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.

Applicants should read some of the crucial instructions listed below before completing the application form for the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam:

• Any portion of the NCHM JEE 2024 application form should not be overwritten by candidates as this will lead to confusion. 

• Only the English language may be used to complete the application. 

• Prospective aspirants should fill out the NCHM JEE application form 2024 carefully because the administrating authority will not accept requests for modification or corrections (if any).

• The applicant's official name, as it appears on their class 10 grade report or other comparable certificate, must be stated in capital letters. 

• The barcode should not have any markings or writing on it. 

• The date of birth is important and must be entered using the English calendar, including the month and year of birth. It must match the current class 10 Pre-University examination certificate held by the school or board.

• The form requires a colour passport photo to be inserted in the designated space. The duration of the photo taken should not exceed three months. 

• The NCHMCT JEE application form 2024 and information bulletin must be purchased by prospective applicants planning to submit an offline application from any of the accredited hotel management colleges as well as the NCHMCT Office in Noida.

The correction facility is provided to the candidates so that they can edit their details if anything is filled incorrectly within the last date of correction period. Ways to Edit NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form

Once the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form is closed for registration, the candidates get a chance to edit the same if any mistake has been made. Once the correction window opens for the applicants, they need to follow the below-mentioned steps to edit the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form.

• Step 1: Candidates must log in to the official website with the help of JEE 2024 application number and password.
• Step 2: Click on the link for application form correction.
• Step 3: The candidates can make the necessary changes in the application form once the correction window opens.
• Step 4: Click on submit after saving the required changes. 
• Step 5: Once submitted, the candidates should download the revised confirmation page for their reference.

Particulars that can be Edited in NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2024

You can modify each section of the form in the correction box, and applicants can edit the form if they committed any mistakes when filling it out in the first place.  After the application form filling is closed, the NCHMCT JEE 2024 correction window typically opens for two to three days. Potential students can edit the information up until the online correction period opens. After the correction window closes, no data can be updated. It is recommended that applicants carefully fill out the application form before submitting it. When submitting the form, they need to make sure of the following pointers: 

• They need to make sure they meet all of the prerequisites listed on the official website.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of NCHM JEE (nchmjee.nta.nic.in).

• Step 2: Need to click on the tab on the official website flashing "Remove image discrepancy in the application form"

• Step 3: Candidates will be directed to a registration form page.

• Step 4: Candidates must log in by using their login credentials.

• Step 5: Enter the security pin and sign in.

• Step 6: Then the candidates will be directed to a page where they can click on the tab to remove image discrepancy.

• Step 7: Upload the correct image and save it.

How to Reset Your Password?

If students have forgotten their password, they need not panic as they can reset their NCHM JEE 2024 Password. They can use any of the below-mentioned options to reset the password:

• They can reset their password with the help of the Security Question and Answer. Students must have submitted the same while filling out the application form. 

• Candidates can also reset the password with the verification code sent to them through text message (SMS) on their Registered Mobile Number. 

• The password can also be reset using a reset link that will be sent to the Registered Email address of the candidate.

NCHMCT JEE Eligibility Criteria 2024

The eligibility criterion of NCHMCT JEE 2024 is the most important factor that must be checked by the candidates before filling out the application form. The NCHMCT JEE eligibility criteria as mentioned below highlights the requirements for filling the application form such as academic details, age limit, and the qualifying exam.

The age limit for the General and OBC category is 25 years, while the age limit for SC/ST candidates is 28 years as of 1st July 2024.

• Must have completed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
• The candidates must be citizens of India.
• One must have studied English as a core or elective subject in class XII.
• The candidates must be physically and mentally fit and they have to submit a medical certificate for the same. 

The applicants must note that the candidates appearing for their class 12th examination are also eligible to fill NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form.

What After Submitting NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2024?

The subsequent steps must be taken by applicants after completing and submitting the NCHM JEE 2024 application form:

• Printouts of the online application form's verification pages must be kept.

• Keep the printout of the fee receipt for your records as well.

• Bring with you passport-sized photos that match the ones you provided on the online application form.

After the dates are released by NTA, the applicant must download the NCHMCT JEE 2024 admit card from the NTA website. Afterwards, students can show up for the NCHM JEE entrance exam at the exam centre of their choosing; this will be indicated on their admit card.
