The exam pattern of NERIST NEE 2026 will be announced for NEE-I, NEE-II, and NEE-III through the official exam notification. The NERIST NEE paper is conducted offline for 3 hours. As per the marking scheme, 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer, and 1/4th of the total mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology released the NERIST NEE exam pattern 2026 on its official website. The NEE 2026 exam will be conducted separately for various streams through NEE-I, NEE-II, & NEE-III. You must note that the NERIST NEE 2026 exam pattern varies for each stream. As per the format, the examination will be held in an offline mode (pen and paper-based) for a total of 3 hours. The paper will carry objective-type questions with multiple-choice answers. You need to attempt all the questions. The NERIST NEE exam pattern 2026 includes 4 sections, namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and the branch subject. All the questions will be asked from the NERIST NEE 2026 syllabus. Talking about the NERIST NEE 2026 marking pattern, for every wrong answer, 25% (¼th) of the allotted mark will be deducted.
