NRTI Counselling 2021

The NRTI 2021 results for the Admission Aptitude Test (AAT) have been announced on the official website of the institute in 3rd week of July 2021. The counselling process dates for NRTI AAT 2021 will also be notified soon.Candidates who have featured in NRTI merit list, as well as NRTI Waitlist 2021, will be eligible to participate in the counselling process of NRTI on the specified date.

NRTI Rank-Wise Counselling Schedule 2021

NRTI counselling 2021 will take place at NRTI Vadodara and a time slot will be allocated rank wise to all the candidates who have featured in the NRTI merit list 2021. The timing for rank-wise counselling can be checked below -

NRTI Counselling 2021 - Detailed Procedure/ Step Wise Process

In order to help the candidates attending the counselling, we have explained the NRTI counselling process 2021 in a detailed manner here. Various stages involved in the NRTI 2021 counselling procedure can be checked here -

Step 1 - Reporting to Welcome Desk

  • In August 2021, all candidates attending the counselling of NRTI will have to report to the Welcome Desk at NRTI Vadodara at least 15 minutes prior to his/her scheduled slot.
  • The candidate will have to mark his/her attendance at the Welcome Desk.
  • The officials at the Welcome Desk will provide a Welcome Kit to candidates who have marked his/her attendance.

Welcome Kit: The welcome kit will have the following -

  • Document Checklist
  • Enrollment Confirmation Form (To be signed by student and parent)
  • Anti-Ragging Undertaking (To be signed by student)
  • Anti-Sexual Harassment Undertaking (To be signed by student and parent)
  • No Capitation Fee Paid Declaration Form (To be signed by the student and parent)
  • Missing Document Undertaking Form (To be signed by the student and parent)
  • One Empty Plastic Folder

After receiving the welcome kit, the candidates will be allocated a Token Number. All the candidates who reported at the Welcome Desk and received the token number will be guided to the waiting hall.

Step 2 - Procedure at Waiting Hall

  • Candidates will be seated in Zone B at the waiting hall.
  • Until the counselling process begins, the candidates can crosscheck whether all the documents are placed in the desired order. Crosscheck at least twice to avoid the last-minute hassle.
  • Parents are not allowed beyond the premises of the waiting hall.
  • The authorities will announce the rank/ merit number of student
  • The student whose rank/ merit number is announced will have to proceed to Counselling Room
  • If the candidates have any doubt pertaining to verification of the document, he/she can seek help from Document Desk.

Step 3 - Procedure at Counselling Room/Hall

  • Students will be asked to present at the counselling room/hall (category wise)
  • Xerox copies of documents submitted by candidates will be verified, and the same should tally with the original documents
  • The candidates will have to submit the original migration certificate
  • Candidates who do not have an original/xerox copy of Migration Certificate will have to sign/ submit a declaration
  • Candidates who do have any of the original documents/ certificates will have to sign & submit a declaration.
  • Later, the candidates will be asked to sign Admission Declaration/ Terms/ Conditions
  • After the above-mentioned process is done, the candidates will be offered an ‘Admission Letter’
  • The officials at the Counselling Desk will issue a fee receipt to students. One copy of fee receipt will be issued to students and the other will be retained by the NRTI.
  • Finally, the student will have to proceed to Fee Desk for the payment of the course fee.

Step 4 - Fee Payment/ Deposit

  • At the fee deposit desk, the accounts team shall collect and check DD details
  • The accounts section will return the signed and stamped section of receipt to students
  • The NRTI counselling is complete with the payment/ deposit of course fee

What after NRTI Counselling 2021?

After the fee payment, proceed to the Welcome Desk. The authorities at the Welcome Desk shall guide students to the hostel or mess area for refreshments. A campus tour will be organised post refreshments. However, the campus tour will be organized in groups as per the counselling slots assigned. Post campus tour, students and parents can leave the campus. Students who confirmed admission and paid the fee should report back on the day of the commencement of the academic session.

Dear Student,

National Rail and Transportation Institute - NRTI / NRTU Vadodara is yet to announce the counselling dates based on the 2020 merit lists.

However, since the PG Admissions Shortlist 2020 of NRTI has been announced, the counselling dates are also expected to be released soon.

The latest schedule released by NRTI will be updated on our NRTI Counselling Process 2020 page once it is released by the institute.

Dear Student,

No, only those candidates who have studied Mathematics in 12th are eligible to apply for BBA admission to the National Rail and Transportation Institute. If you have not studied Math in 12th, you can look for some other well known B-Schools provided below. These colleges offer admission in the BBA program to students who have not studied Math in the 12th.

National Rail and Transportation Institute (NRTI), Vadodara has released the results of NRTI AAT 2020 examination on its official website.

Candidates can check the NRTI 2020 Results page for the direct link to download the merit list for NRTI entrance test. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list will be called for the further admission process.
