Predict your Percentile based on your PU MET performance
Predict NowPanjab University will conduct the PU MET 2024 Selection Process and Counselling based on merit. Only those candidates who have qualified PU MET 2024 Cut Off will be called to participate in the PU MET 2024 Selection Process.
The Document Verification of each candidate will be conducted on the same day. Thereafter, the university will conduct seat allocation as per the merit of the candidates in PU MET 2024.
PU MET 2024 selection/counseling process consists of Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds, wherein candidates will be shortlisted for admission into MBA programs.
It must be taken into account by the candidates that in case any candidate is found ineligible during the conduct of the selection process, then he/she will not be allowed to sit in further admission process conducted by the university.

As per the reservation policy, 53.5% of the seats in each course shall be treated as belonging to the General Category. 46.5% seats shall be treated as belonging to the Reserved Category, according to the details given below:
15% for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes.
7.5% for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes.
5% for candidates belonging to the Backward Classes.
5% seats for Persons with Disability (PwD)
5% for the Sports Category
5% for Defence Quota
2% for those affected by the 1984 terrorist violence in Punjab and Chandigarh
2% for the wards of Freedom Fighters

Dear Student
Around 200 questions will be asked in the PU MET entrance exam. All the questions will be provided with four choices. You will have to click on one option that you feel is correct. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours hence you are advised to complete a maximum number of questions within 120 minutes. You should note that you will be provided with 1 mark for each correct answer and ¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Panjab University Management Entrance Test (PU MET) 2021 has been postponed by the university. As per the revised PU MET schedule available on the official website, the applications form for the test can now be submitted till June 5 and the test itself will be conducted on June 19, 2021. It appears that the Panjab University has provided sufficient buffer time for the test to be conducted keeping the current situation in mind. However, depending on how things proceed, keep an open mind for the exam being postponed further.

A General category student does not have to send any additional documents along with the PU MET 2021 Application Form to the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS). Only reserved category students are required to send their supporting documents along with their applications.
