TS EAMCET 2018 Exam Pattern

TS EAMCET 2018 exam pattern is prescribed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Candidates who wish to appear in TS EAMCET 2018 must know the detailed exam pattern of TS EAMCET 2018. The exam pattern of TS EAMCET 2018 contains all information about the type, nature of questions, mode of the exam, medium of the question paper and marks allotted to each question. TS EAMCET 2018 has objective type of questions, wherein candidates have to choose one right answer from the four available options and 3 hours are allotted to the candidates for completing the question paper.

Given below is the detailed exam pattern of TS EAMCET 2018.

  • TS EAMCET 2018 is conducted in offline mode only.

  • The entrance exam consists of 3 sections namely Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology.

  • The total exam duration of TS EAMCET 2018 is 3 hours.

  • The question paper of TS EAMCET contains questions in “English” and “Telugu” medium.

  • Multiple type of questions (MCQ) are asked in TS EAMCET 2018, wherein candidates have to fill in the answers in an OMR answer sheet.

  • For each question in TS EAMCET 2018, four options are given out of which only one response is correct.

  • There are 160 total number of questions in TS EAMCET 2018, wherein a total of 80 questions are asked in Biology (Botany - 40, Zoology – 40), 40 questions in Physics and 40 questions in Chemistry.

  • Each question in TS EAMCET 2018 carries one mark.
