UP B.Ed JEE Counselling 2025: Bundelkhand University has released the college allotment for phase 2 UP B.Ed 2025 counselling on September 1, 2025. Selected individuals have to download their UP B.Ed 2025 seat allocation letter, confirm their seats, and pay the required fee between September 2 - 4, 2025. Earlier, the registration for round 2 could be completed by August 30, and UP B.Ed 2025 choice filling for phase 2 was open until August 31, 2025.

The UP B.Ed counselling consists of 4 rounds: Round 1 (Main Counselling), Round 2 (Main Counselling), Round 3 (Pool Counselling), and Round 4 (Direct Admission for the Minority seats). UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Counselling Process: Round-Wise

The UP B.Ed JEE 2025 counselling process is being conducted in five rounds. Take a look at the details below.

Requirements for Participation in UP B.Ed 2025 Counselling

  • Those who have been assigned a rank as per the UP B.Ed 2025 merit list can take part in the UP BEd JEE 2025 counselling.
  • A scanned copy of the marksheets of the qualifying examination has to be uploaded at the time of UP BEd 2025 counselling registration.
  • Mobile number, Email, Bank Account details, IFSC Code, Bank Name, Branch Name, etc, must be provided. The said data must be their own or of their parents.
  • An image of a cancelled cheque leaf or front page of a passbook in JPG or JPEG format of a file size of 100 KB, where the above information is available.

UP B.Ed Round 1 Counselling

Step 1: Registration 

  • This round is valid for all individuals from the first State Rank to the last State Rank.
  • You must log in with your login details. If you have lost or forgotten the password, you can reset it using the link provided on the website.

Counselling Fee and Advance College Fee Payment

  • Those who have finished the counselling registration process must pay Rs. 5,750 (Rs 750 as counselling fee and Rs 5000 as advance college fee) via online payment methods.
  • If you are not offered a seat, the advance college fees of Rs 5000 will be refunded to your provided account information.
  • If you are offered a seat but do not accept it, the advance college fees of Rs 5000 will not be refunded.
  • If you are offered a seat and you accept it, the amount will be deducted from the college fee.
  • If the advance college fee exceeds the allotted college fee, the allotted college will refund the difference.
  • The Rs 750 counselling fee is non-refundable.

Step 2: Choice Filling 

  • Only registered students will be called to fill the available positions.
  • Before making a selection, you must confirm the following.
  • Select "Yes" for Sanskrit B.Ed. Colleges, if you had Sanskrit in all three years of graduation.
  • Fill out all your preferences after counselling registration.
  • You may provide as many options as you choose.
  • You are recommended to provide more options to prevent allotment rejection.
  • Multiple sessions can be used to complete choices. Before logging out, you can store your preferences.
  • Your choices are definitive and cannot be modified after they have been locked. As a result, you must fill out a sufficient number of college options in the required order of preference.
  • If a contender has entered choices but has not locked them till the last date for choice filling has passed, they will be automatically locked before seat allotment.

Step 3: College Allotment

  • College selection will be based solely on your state rank as well as the colleges you selected in preferred order during counselling.
  • Only aided and government colleges will be subject to the state reservation policy. The seat allotment outcome will be available exclusively through the candidate's login and nowhere else.
  • In Aided, Government, and Self-Financing Colleges, EWS Reservation will be followed.

Step 4: Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation Letter Download

  • If you have been assigned a college, you have to click on the "ACCEPT" tab to download the Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter.
  • If the institute fee is more than the advance institute fee paid during registration, then you have to pay the balance amount online within the stipulated dates.
  • If the college fee is less than the advance fee paid during UP BEd counselling registration, then the users can retrieve their Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter. The extra amount will be refunded to the person concerned.
  • If the B.Ed institute fee is more than the advance fee paid, then participants from SC/ ST/ EWS categories also have to pay the remaining balance.

Step 5: Report to the allotted college

  • The applicant must report to the college of choice within the date allotted, with all original documents and the provisional allocation cum confirmation letter.
  • The assigned college's principal will verify your original documents.
  • If your papers are not deemed to be valid by the college authorities, your candidature would be rejected.

Documents required for reporting

Applicants should bring both the original and a self-certified duplicate of the documents mentioned by the counselling authorities.

UP B.Ed Round 2 Counselling

  • Students who did not participate in the 1st round of UP BEd counselling can join this round.
  • Registration must be done within the deadline.
  • Those who did not receive UP B.Ed seat allotment in the first round of counselling are also eligible for the 2nd round.
  • Additionally, those who obtained seat allocation but did not confirm their seat within the given time frame can also be a part of the UP BEd 2025 counselling after freshly registering themselves.
  • Please note that the major stages conducted in the first round of UP B.Ed JEE 2025 counselling remain the same for the second round as well. These cover registration, registration and advance college fee payment, choice filling, college allotment, obtaining the provisional allocation cum confirmation letter, remaining fee payment (if applicable), and college reporting.

UP B.Ed Round 3 (Pool) Counselling

Step 1 - Registration

  • The Pool counselling round is organised by the UP B.Ed participating colleges based on the vacant seats remaining after the 1st and 2nd round of UP B.Ed counselling is completed.
  • Those attendees who did not engage in rounds 1 and 2 of UP B.Ed JEE counselling or who failed to gain allotment are fit for the pool counselling round. Further, those who were allotted seats but could not take admission will also be permitted for this round.
  • The pool counselling procedure is the same as the first and round counselling procedure. You must register, pay the registration fee and the entire college fee, and then select options. When users log in, they must provide their bank account information. Those who appeared in the qualifying examination in 2025 have to enter their marks and provide a scanned mark sheet copy.
  • Entrants who were offered a seat in the first or second rounds but did not confirm their admission by paying the charges must pay the full fee of Rs 52,000 (Rs 51,250 as college fee and Rs 750 as UP BEd counselling registration fee to be considered for the pool counselling phase. The advance B.Ed institute fee of Rs 5,000 that they previously paid (in the 1st or 2nd round) will not be reimbursed.

Step 2 - Counselling fee and Full College fee payment

  • The counselling fee of Rs 750 is non-refundable.
  • You must also pay the full college fee. This payment will not be returned if you are assigned a college.
  • If you are not allocated a B.Ed institute in this round, then the college fee paid (Rs 51,250) will be returned to your bank account.

Step 3 - Choice Filling

  • Applicants who have registered for UP B.Ed JEE counselling must fill out their options based on their preferences.
  • Your choices filled are permanent and cannot be modified after they have been locked. As a result, you must fill out a sufficient number of college options in the appropriate preferred order.
  • If you submit choices but do not lock them before the last date for choice filling, they will be locked before seat allotment.

 Step 4 - College Allotment

  • College allocation will be based solely on your state rank as well as the colleges you selected in priority order during counselling.
  • The state reservation policy will be followed for pool counselling.
  • In Aided, Government, and Self-Financing Colleges, EWS Reservation will be applicable.
  • The result of seat allocation will be revealed upon candidate login.

Step 5: Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter download

  • Those who have been assigned a college must get the Provisional Allotment and Confirmation letter from the UP B.Ed JEE 2025 website.

Step 6: Report to the allotted college 

  • Like the first and second round counselling process, you have to report to the allocated college on the specified schedule, where your documents will be verified as well.

UP B.Ed Direct Admission by College

  • This round of counselling will be completed at the college level.
  • Detailed guidelines for the process to be followed by participating colleges will be posted on the Bundelkhand University website. Only those with a valid state rank are eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
  • You can be admitted to any college if seats remain available after the first and pool counselling rounds.
  • The college will validate your information from the Bundelkhand University website and offer direct admission to applicants who meet the eligibility requirements. You have to verify by providing the OTP issued to your registered and alternate mobile numbers on the UP B.Ed JEE 2025 counselling platform.
  • You must pay Rs 750 in counselling costs to participate in the direct admission process. The fees will be paid at the college level.

Direct admission is available to the following applicants:

  • Those who were not accepted to any college during the first round of admissions.
  • Those who have not been enrolled to any college through pool counselling.
  • Those who did not take part in the counselling procedure.

UP B.Ed Direct Admission for Minority Seats

  • Minority colleges have the right to admit students to minority seats by organising their entrance examinations; however, many minority colleges do not hold their examinations and instead complete their admission process by enrolling students from the merit list of applicants who appeared in the UP B.Ed JEE. 
  • Round 5 of UP B.Ed 2025 counselling is not compulsory for all the minority B.Ed institutions. Only those colleges that seek to fill their minority seats through the UP BEd JEE merit list need to be involved.
