VSAT 2023 Exam Pattern

Exam pattern of VSAT 2023 is prescribed by the examination organizing body, i.e. Vignan’s University. The exam pattern of VSAT 2020 will not only have details regarding the overall structure of the examination, but it will also make the candidates aware of the examination mode, marks distribution, nature of the exam, the total number of questions, and negative marking in the entrance exam.

As per the VSAT 2023 exam pattern, the exam will be conducted in online mode. The question paper will be multiple-choice, objective type. The total time duration of the exam is 180 minutes. The question paper is divided into 4 sections namely Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English/Aptitude and the entrance examination comprises of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). In the entrance examination, the medium of instruction is English, wherein candidates will have to answer questions in English language. As per the marking scheme of the exam, candidates will be awarded 1 mark for every correct answer and no marks are deducted for incorrect answers.

Note:

• Candidates who attempt Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English/Aptitude in the VSAT 2022 will be eligible for all the B.Tech./B.Pharmacy programmes.

• Candidates who attempt Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English/Aptitude in the VSAT 2022 will be eligible only for B.Tech. Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Food Technology & B.Pharmacy Programmes.

How to Answer Questions in VSAT 2023?

Vignan's Scholastic Aptitude Test exam pattern 2023 will have multiple types/objective types of questions in the entrance examination, wherein candidates will have to make an appropriate choice in the entrance examination. Since VSAT is an entrance examination that has no negative marking in the examination, therefore, it is advisable for the candidates to attempt all the questions in the examination. For each correct answer, candidates will be given 1 mark each. The examination will be computer-based, therefore, candidates must first carefully read all the instructions and then, mark their options correctly in the entrance examination.
