VSAT 2026

The VSAT exam is conducted to provide admission into the undergraduate programmes particularly B.Tech and B.Pharm offered at the Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research. VSAT exam is conducted in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English/Aptitude involving multiple-choice questions. VSAT Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates who wish to apply for VSAT 2026 must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. The VSAT 2026 eligibility criteria for North and South Indian states differ from each other. Those who have qualified in VSAT / AP EAMCET or TS EAMCET / JEE Main / JEE Advanced with the minimum required CGPA/Percentage can apply. Please refer to the details mentioned below to check the educational qualification, age limit, and other requirements for VSAT.

  • Candidates must have been born on or after July 1, 2003.
  • If candidates have studied in Andhra Pradesh, they must have obtained a minimum CGPA of 7.0.
  • In Telangana and other South Indian states, candidates must have scored an aggregate of 60% or above.
  • In North, North East, and other states, candidates must have scored an aggregate of 50% or above.
  • Candidates who have qualified in VSAT / AP EAMCET or TS EAMCET / JEE Main / JEE Advanced and obtained the minimum marks in Class 12 as mentioned in the second point can also apply.
  • For BTech/BPharmacy programs, candidates must have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English/Aptitude.
  • For BTech Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Food Technology & BPharmacy programs, candidates must have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English/Aptitude.

VSAT Application Form 2026

The online application form can be accessed through vignan.ac.in while the offline application form can be bought directly from the institute or an Indian bank branch. Applicants can fill out the application form using either medium, whichever is more convenient. The application form must be filled out within the specified dates to be eligible to take the VSAT 2026 entrance exam. Applicants can also submit the form with a DD by post to the institute address, to be received before the specified dates. This page includes a direct link to the VSAT 2026 application form. Once the application form is submitted, the online generated Hall ticket will be sent to the email address provided by the candidate.

VSAT Syllabus 2026

The syllabus of VSAT exam is released on the official website. The exam will be comprised of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and General Aptitude. The VSAT 2026 Syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics will be based on the standard class 11 and 12 syllabi of the board examination. 

VSAT Admit Card 2026

The hall ticket for VSAT 2026 exam is issued only to candidates who complete the registration process successfully before the deadline. Candidates should have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate or a minimum aggregate of 7.0 CGPA at the qualifying exam level to be eligible for the VSAT exam. TS EAMCET/AP EAMCET/JEE Main/JEE Advanced/ qualified candidates with at least 60% aggregate or a CGPA of 7.0 at the intermediate or 10+2 level are also eligible to apply for the VSAT 2025 exam.
