AIAPGET 2025 Counselling Process - State and Central Quota Seats

The counselling process for AIAPGET 2025 is divided into three rounds for All India quota seats. These seats are available in different types of institutions like government, private, and more. Let's look at some important details about the Central and State quota:

• Both Central and State quota seats are open for AIAPGET 2025 counselling. Candidates can apply for seats from two quotas.

• The Central Quota seats' counselling is managed by officials from the AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC).

• State Quota seats' counselling is handled by authorities from different areas like Union Territories (UTs), States, and Universities.

How to Participate in AIAPGET 2025 Counselling Process?

AIAPGET Counselling 2025 - First Round:

1. Registration Initiation: The first step of AIAPGET counselling 2025 begins with registering for the initial round.

2. Confirmation of Registration: Once candidates pay the refundable security fee and the non-refundable registration fee, their registration is confirmed.

3. Choice Filling: Students are given the option to participate in Choice Filling after registration, a crucial step in the process.

4. Seat Allotment: Following Choice Filling, candidates undergo Seat Allotment to be assigned seats.

5. Round 1 Outcome: The outcome of Round 1 allocation is subsequently announced.

6. Reporting: Students who successfully navigate the previous stages must adhere to the stipulated timeline to report at the allocated college.

AIAPGET Counselling 2025 - Second Round:

1. Second Round Commencement: The second round of AIAPGET 2025 counselling starts with candidate registration.

2. Direct Access: Students who registered in Round 1 can directly access the conducting authority's website.

3. Choice Filling: The next step is Choice Filling in this phase.

4. Seat Allotment Outcome: Following Choice Filling, the outcome of seat allotment for the second round is unveiled.

5. Reporting: Students whose names are on the second-round allotment list must complete the reporting process at designated colleges.

6. AIQ Round Conclusion: This phase marks the conclusion of the All India Quota (AIQ) round.

AIAPGET Counselling 2025 - Mop-Up Round:

1. Fresh Registration: A fresh registration process is introduced in this phase for all students, regardless of their participation in previous rounds.

2. Ineligibility: Students who secured admissions in preceding rounds are ineligible for this round.

3. Choice Filling: The subsequent step is Choice Filling.

4. Seat Allotment Result: Following Choice Filling, the result of Seat Allotment is announced.

5. Reporting: Students are permitted to report to their assigned institutes after the seat allotment.

6. Vacancy Redistribution: Unfilled vacancies are redistributed through the State Quota or the Stray Vacancy Round if applicable.
