AIIMS PG 2021 Application Form

The registration process of AIIMS PG 2021 will be conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. All those candidates who have completed their BDS or MBBS and fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for AIIMS PG 2021 can take part in the application process for the AIIMS PG 2020 entrance examination. There are two stages for the AIIMS PG 2020 application process which was introduced for the first time in 2021. 

The AIIMS PG 2021 application process is divided into two stages, namely, Basic Registration and Final Registration. The applicants are required to register themselves for the AIIMS PG 2021 application process by providing their basic details followed by the scanned relevant documents. A Registration Unique Code (RUC) is generated for those candidates who have completed their basic registration successfully. Once the candidates have completed their basic registration, they are required to just complete the final registration in 2021. 

AIIMS conducts the AIIMS PG entrance examination twice every year in the months of January and July for courses such as Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) and MCh courses offered at seven AIIMS all across the country.

Application Process for AIIMS PG 2021

Given below is the step-wise procedure regarding the AIIMS PG 2021 registration process. The registration process for AIIMS PG 2021 is segregated into two parts, i.e Basic and Final Registration. The AIIMS PG authorities initiated a Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) process from the year 2019 which will enable the candidates to register themselves for the entrance exam which they can take in the upcoming session. After basic registration, the candidates will be eligible for the final registration process. 

Here is the step-wise registration process for AIIMS PG 2021:

Step 1: Online Registration

• This is the basic registration step for AIIMS PG 2021

• The candidates have to visit the official AIIMS website and in order to initiate the registration process, click on the Registration link

• The candidates will be taken to a new page which will contain the detailed instructions

• After going through all the instructions carefully, the candidates have to select the course in which they are seeking admission

• The candidates will be required to enter their personal details such as name, category, date of birth, nationality, gender etc.

• After submitting their personal details, the candidates will be asked for their contact details such as mobile number, email address etc

• After entering all their details, the candidates will see a checkbox asking for the consent of the applicants

• Finally, the candidates will see the “Register” button. The candidates need to press the same and a Unique Registration ID will be generated

• To complete the basic registration process, the candidates have to click on the “OK” button after noting down their Unique Registration ID

Step 2: Application Form Editing

• After the candidates have clicked on the “OK” button, they will again be taken to the “Student/Applicant Login Page”

• The candidates have to enter their Registration ID, password and solve the captcha code 

• The candidates will see an option “Submit” which needs to be pressed

• The candidates will land on the Online Application page where they will see two options- “Edit” and “Proceed to Next Step”

• The candidates have to verify all the details visible on the online application form. In case they find out that they have entered some wrong information, they need to click on the “Edit” button and make the desired changes

• Once satisfied, the candidates have to click on the “Proceed to Next Step” to complete the basic registration

Step 3: Image Uploading

• In this step, the candidates have to upload their signature, thumb impression and photograph (Recent)

• The candidates must ensure that the image quality and size matches with the specifications mentioned below

• After uploading all the images, the candidates have to click on the “Declaration” checkbox followed by clicking on the “Submit” button

• Once submitted, the basic registration process will be completed

Step 4: Final Registration

• In this step, the candidates have to enter their qualifying exam details and other details including MBBS academic details, internship details etc along with the permanent correspondence address

• Once all the details are entered, the candidates will see a “Proceed to Next Step” button at the extreme bottom which will take them to the next step of the registration process

Step 5: Payment of Fee

• The candidates can submit the application fee through any of the available online payment methods

• The candidates will be given three options to submit the online application fee for AIIMS PG 2020, i.e Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Netbanking

• After the submission of the application fee, the candidates must keep a copy of the transaction details with them for future use

Step 6: Exam Centre Choosing

• Once the candidates have paid the online application fee, they have to enter an exam centre of their choice

• The candidates have to choose from the available exam centres in the drop-down menu

• The candidates have to choose their exam centres in decreasing order of preference

• The decision of the conducting body regarding the exam centres will be final

• The candidates cannot edit the choices made by them 

Step 7: Printing of Application Form

• A registration slip will be provided to the candidates once they complete all the steps mentioned above

• The candidates will be able to see all their personal details along with their image on the registration slip

• The candidates must keep a copy of the same, i.e the final application form, for future reference

• The final status of the registration form will be conveyed to the candidates by AIIMS New Delhi

• To check their registration status, the candidates have to click on the “Registration Status” tab which will tell them that whether or not their application form has been accepted by the authorities

• In case of a rejected application form, the reason behind rejection will be clearly mentioned in the application form. The candidates have to submit the corrected application form before the given time period to be eligible to sit for the AIIMS PG 2021 entrance exam
