BVP CET 2020 Result for B.Tech will be released in the month of June 2020 expectedly. The result will be released offline as well as on the official website of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune i.e. Candidates who will appear for the exam can access the result on the Unversity's official website using their login credentials.

The selected candidates will then be called for admission into the university. A rank list will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ marks in BVP CET exam. Counselling and seat allotment process will be done after the rank list is declared.

How to Check BVP CET 2020 Results?

The BVP CET 2020 results will be available in online and offline mode.

For Online:

  • Go to the official website of the University i.e.
  • On the home page, click on the link available to access the BVP CET 2020 Results.
  • You will be redirected to the login page.
  • After that, provide your email ID, User ID and Password.
  • Then, click on the 'Submit' tab.
  • The BVP CET Result will be displayed on your screen along with your rank.
  • Download and take a printout of the result. Also, save it on your system for future use.

For Offline:

  • Candidates who want to see the result offline have two methods.
  • The results will also be available at some designated centres in Navi Mumbai and New Delhi.

Following details will be mentioned in the BVP CET Result

  • Name of the Candidate

  • Father’s Name

  • Mother’s name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Passport size photo uploaded at the time of registration

  • Signature of the candidate

  • Category (if any)

  • Qualifying Status

  • Marks obtained

  • Overall State Rank

  • Category Rank in state (if any)

BVP CET Result 2020: Tie-Breaker Policy

Thousands of students will be applying for the BVP CET 2020 entrance examination due to its popularity. With so many students applying for the entrance exam, the possibility of two or more students tied at the same score will be on the higher side. To resolve this issue, the BVP authorities have a tie-breaker policy in place which helps them decide who will be placed higher in the BVP CET 2020 merit list. The guidelines for the same has been given below:

  • Candidates with higher marks in Mathematics will be given priority

  • Candidates with higher aggregate percentages in the qualifying examination will be given a higher position in the merit list

  • Candidates with higher marks in class Xth Mathematics will be given preference

  • Finally, in case of a tie still persisting, a candidate will be selected randomly by the computer

BVP CET 2020 Cut-off

The cut-off is the minimum score that candidates must obtain for admission. Candidates who score higher than the cut-off are included in the merit list.
