Nationality & Domicile	You must be an Indian citizen by birth. Foreign/NRI candidates are not eligible. You must be a resident of Chhattisgarh (state domicile requirement).
Age Limit	Minimum age: Typically the candidate must have completed 16 years by a specified cut-off date (e.g. August 31 of the admission year); CG PAT 2026 sources mention “should not yet be 16 years from August 31” which implies a 16-year minimum. Maximum age: General category: maximum 25 years. Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) and female candidates: maximum 28 years.
Academic Qualification	Must have completed Class 12 (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognized board in India. The application form of CG PAT is released on the official website of CG Vyapam. Candidates have to first register themselves on the official portal and then proceed to fill up the application form. In order to register themselves, the applicants are required to provide their name, valid mobile number and email ID. After completion of the registration process, candidates have to proceed to fill the application form where they have to provide their personal details, academic details and communication details. After filling the application form, candidates have to upload their photograph and signature in the prescribed format and dimension.
